Hotel Mala Strana

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Our room was on the first floor right on the street, but it was very quiet and we were able to sleep without any issues.

We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable.

Everything was great

Do not waste your money. Staff not helpful. Room outdated. Housekeeping did a poor job of basic cleaning. No extras provided. Any basic request was denied. There was not even a phone in the room to contact the front desk. I would not recommend and would never stay here again if I were to visit again. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It was away from the city center but very walkable. It was very quite area and there were a number of restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean and the hotel was well maintained.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, within convenient walking distance to one of the city bridges. Public transit is just around the corner, very convenient and easy to use. Also nearby are several good restaurants, as well as small grocery stores. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, room sizes are large and the hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The included breakfast is very good. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

The heater was not working. Cleanliness, breakfast, front desk service are fine.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were amazing - plenty of choice. Walking distance to Charles bridge or very close to tram stop. We will happily recommend this hotel and we look forward to another stay when back in Prague.

A very good value hotel, convienient for mala strama area. Clean, quiet and good staff. On the downside - 15min walk to nearest metro.

Great value, helpful staff, good free breakfast

The room is spacious and clean. Great location and friendly staff. The free buffet breakfast is tasty and has a variety of food. The only thing I am quite disappointed with is the wifi in the room is not stable that I have to use my own 4G data.

Location was perfect, easy to walk around to different places of interest. Got a great recommend for a restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and great.

Nice and cozy room with a possibility to cook. The only annoying thing was a noisy fan in the bathroom, but this is not a big problem as it switches off after turning the bathroom light off.

A very pleasant stay in a quieter part of the city.
No air conditioning, but the windows opened to keep us cool. No view, but it was a lovely bright and airy room.

My wife and I really enjoyed this place! It's in a great location in the heart of the city, it has a nice kitchenette and an excellent breakfast. It's not new, but it has charm and the staff is excellent. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel that is situated very near to sights yet away from the maddening crowds. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The service is polite and unobtrusive. We will definitely stay here again.
