Mycket varmt i rummet, ingen ventilation. Fanns bordsfläkt och endast ett litet vädringsfönster som var täckt med nät och filter gick att öppna. Det stora fönstret fick inte öppnas.
Allt😀alla gånger jag varit hos er ....extra eloge till superpersonal. Fick tom låna paraply då himlen öppna sig....kommer tbx garanterat. Tack🥰

The check in/out process were very smooth, the staff at the reception were always ready to support/ answering my questions with a smile Salute to both Julia and Zahra. Location is very close to the center, walking distance from bars/ restaurants. free water, coffee, cookies at the reception.
I booked Deluxe Double Room which was very good for 2 people, view of the church and the river.
you have every basic option for breakfast; scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, oats.. croissant, different types of cheese.. etc, next time I am in Eskilstuna, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.
the mattress and pilows need to be upgraded, the bed is not soft and pilows are very thin not comfortable. The issue of the spiders on the window from outside at night needs to be seriously taken care of, even though they wont enter the room (AT ALL) but looking at them building nets is not something very comfortable.
cleaning the room every 3-4 days was something a bit odd for me because all the hotels that I have stayed in they clean the rooms every single day.
Excellent location and lovely views over the river. Comfortable bed, nice warm shower, really quiet and a great breakfast.

Varmt ute och otroligt varmt och kvavt i rummet. Fick låna en fläkt men hjälpte ytterst lite. Här måste man förbättra ventilationen i rummet.
Centralt, rent, fräscht fanns allt man kunde önska utifrån standard utbudet.
Rätt trafikerad gata utanför men som störde lite, dock hanterbart

Frukosten var över förväntan för ett Comfort-hotell. Läget var bra och trevligt, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, och allt funkade väldigt smidigt!
Perfekt för övernattning, nära till tåget, rena rum, bra frukost.
För varmt i rummet, elementen som finns i rummet hjälper inte så mycket. Inget kylskåp.
