The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid photo ID proving their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents.

Pros:

Localização, infra-estrutura do quarto, funcionários

Cons:

Wi-fi funcionou muito mal, café da manhã poderia ter itens mais saudáveis. Academia pouco equipada.

Pelo preço que pagamos e comparado com outros hotéis na região o hotel é ruim. Não voltaria.

Gentileza das funcionárias do café da manhã e da limpeza, localização ótima, café da manhã razoável.

Cons:

Hotel com instalações antigas e pouco cuidadas, chuveiro não regula bem a temperatura, o berço que foi fornecido é MUITO antigo e não me parece seguro para bebês porque é inteiro de ferro, com aberturas que podem prender a perna e o bracinho do bebê. Poderiam investido em um berço portátil mais novo.

Cons:

pratos quentes no cafe é manha (ex. ovos) estavam frios (em outra oportunidade isso tbm ocorreu). O café preto tbm estava frio e logo foi aquecido pela equipe.

Excelente localização, local seguro, tranquilo. Quarto amplo, limpo. A internet funcionou bem. O café da manhã é bom. Funcionários cordiais. Restaurantes, bares e farmácias próximos, além do shopping moinhos que tem um mercado enorme e é possível chegar a pé.

Cons:

Foi lançada equivocadamente uma cobrança de frigobar não efetuada, mas foi prontamente resolvido pela recepção.

Quarto precisa de uma boa limpeza detalhada, café da manhã precisa de uma atenção, pães duros, alimentos que precisariam estar quentes e aquecidos estavam gelados.
