The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.
In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid photo ID proving their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents.
One (01) child up to 6 years old sleeping in the same bed as their guardians stays free. The hotel does not provide extra beds.

Cama super cómoda y grande. La habitación es confortable.

Localização é ótima, funcionários do checkin simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Cama confortável, lençóis limpos e quarto fica bem escuro à noite. Fica numa região silenciosa e em frente ao parque. Chuveiro bom, quarto espaçoso.
Manutenção dos quartos deixou um pouco a desejar. Limpeza de alguns objetos do quarto, cortinas que precisavam ser limpas, parece que ficou parado no tempo, mesmo não sendo um hotel antigo. Pouquíssimo isolamento acustico. Um cuidado mínimo de colocar um feltro para as portas dos quartos não baterem, melhoraria bastante.
O café da manhã é no máximo razoável.

Muy bien ubicado en una zona muy residencial como es Moinhos de Vento. De las zonas más lindas de Porto Alegre. Buen desayuno, muy completo y con muchas opciones de frutas, panes, comidas, jugos y bebidas.
Cuando llegué al estacionamiento había unos turistas chilenos que ocupaban con cuatro motos 3 lugares de estacionamiento en subsuelo, y no dejaron colocar mi vehículo allí. Tuve que descender a otro subsuelo con nuestras valijas y equipaje del viaje, y en ese subsuelo el hotel no cuenta con ascensor, ni personal que te ayude, con lo cual hay cargar por dos rampas largas y peligrosas del estacionamiento todo el equipaje hasta otro sector donde poder tomar el ascensor para llegar a la zona de recepción y poder hacer el check in.
