The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro é muito bom. O quarto é grande com uma bela vista para o parque. O café da manhã é muito variado e com itens bem feitos

Cons:

O quarto estava com muita poeira no chão quando chegamos. O controle remoto do ar condicionado não estava funcionando na chegada e foi resolvido no dia seguinte

Ótima localização. Bom serviço.

Cons:

Os quartos estão muito desgastados, além de antigos. Móveis com marcas gastas e empenados, lençóis e cobertas idem. Iluminação ruim. Área do chuveiro com rejuntes empretecidos e mofados. Teto do box manchado de umidade e com rachaduras, precisa de pintura. Cortinas velhas. Janelas com pontos de umidade nas beiradas.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente. Surpresa agradável a localização, em frente a um parque lindo e arborizado, com muitas atividades ao ar livre. As instalações do hotel muito boas e café da manhã super completo. O quarto em si, grande, amplo e reformado, banheiro muito bom. Não tenho nenhuma crítica. Parabéns ao hotel e aos funcionários simpáticos.
