The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid photo ID proving their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents.

Tivemos um transtorno no quarto que nos hospedamos, pela nossa reclamação nos passaram para um quarto limpo, ar funciona

Gosto dos quartos com espaço e lençóis limpos!!

Cons:

As toalhas dos banheiros e a quantidade de papel higienico.
O primeiro quarto que fomos colocados: o ar não funcionava e estava remendado com durex 🫨, a toalha estava encardida e faltava papel higiênico e se não me engano não tinha frigorífico bar! Nossa! Nem lembro direito! Foi surreal!!!

Detalhe:
Fiz check in por volta das 17hs e retornei perto das 23hs.

Gostei muito, pena que foi pouco tempo
Pros:

Gentileza e disponibilidade de toda equipe, café da manhã excelente , farto e variado. Localizado em um Bairro Nobre da cidade de Porto Alegre, Moinhos de Vento, ao lado do Parcão. Facilidade de locomoção, perto da Rua 24 de Outubro, que é bem conhecida na cidade. Perto de Restaurantes, Supermercados, Shopping, etc...

Cons:

A claridade do quarto por motivo da cortina não ter acabamento nas laterais, mas creio que isso pode melhorar, mas num todo, valeu a pena.
