The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. Hotel precisa de uma lmpeza e repaginação e pintura, pois está muito desleixado.

Localização e atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante. A vista do quarto era muito bonita. Muitos restaurantes por perto e um shopping - Moinhos de Vento - muito bom.

Cons:

Ao chegar nos ofereceram um quarto que ainda não estava limpo. Cama desarrumada, roupas de cama no chão e vasilahmes do frigo bar vazios no chão. Tivemos que mudar para outro. Neste outro, mais amplo, as cortinas estavam com cheiro de mofo e as janelas estavam sujas. Não havia copos no quarto. Havia uma mesa que estva bamba, uma cadeira baixa para crianças e uma cadeira de escritório. Não havia uma poltrona. No último dia faltou energia mas o gerador não deu conta de atender a totalidade das necessidades do hotel. Os móveis já estão muito usados e precisam ser trocados.
