The Pet Friendly program is limited to only 1 (one) animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats are accepted (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in, from paws to shoulders) and at least 4 (four) months old.

In addition, the pet's accommodations has an additional cost of BRL 100.00 + VAT per night (charged separately from the nightly stay rate).

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not a parent, a written Accommodations Authorization is required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid photo ID proving their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents.

Uma excelente escolha.
Pros:

O conforto do quarto me surpreendeu: cama excelente, bom chuveiro. A localização do ar-condicionado, sem ficar em cima da cama também é um fator positivo. O quarto estava bem limpo.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor: é boa para descansar, mas ruim para ler e trabalhar. O café da manhã também não é muito interessante: muitos produtos industrializados e de pouco sabor.

Localização ótima , em frente ao Parcao, com restaurantes e shopping moinhos próximos . Estacionamento é cobrado à parte, mas fica no subsolo do hotel Quarto bem grande c/ frigobar e climatização ok, cama king muito confortável e ótima limpeza , banheiro com ducha forte , e secador cabelos. Café da manhã c/ sucos variados e várias opções , inclusive Diet . Atendeu, plenamente, minhas expectativas

o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro, quando solicitei a troca e recepção ficou de ver se teria quarto disponível (já era tarde da noite) e me daria um retorno, que nunca deu, mesmo eu dizendo que estava gravida e espirrando em função de ter rinite.
o hotel é "bem usado" algumas coisas precisam de manutenção, uma cadeira que tinha no nosso quarto estava com o braço estragado, coisa simples, boa vontade da equipe arrumaria, tanto que meu marido arrumou. o chuveiro que pingava era pq estava mal fechado e a equipe de limpeza deixou assim.
