Pros:

The staff and their response time - we booked 5 nights and when we got to the room realized it was 2 stories with steep stairs separating the living area and the rooms, which was not in the pictures or room description at all.
Being with 2 toddlers that was a big issue for us and we asked to cancel our booking - we received a full refund no questions asked, which is a very high standard of customer service.
Unfortunately that was the only good thing i can say about this resort (we did spend 1 night there)

Cons:

The place is under-maintained to say the least, pictures do not represent the actual place.
The room is old and outdated, the playground is not maintained and filthy, there is trash on the beach and lots of trash under the trampolines, the restaurant does not operate between 15:30-18:30 so you can't get any food there, food is pretty horrible (had only breakfast), every single activity is extra pay, for what you pay for a room there you really don't get much in my opinion.
Not recommended, and i would love to recommend it given how incredibly fair the management where to us

היה ממש כיף והקרבה לאגם זה הבונוס הגדול!
Pros:

המקום ממש ליד האגם, חדרים גדולים ומרווחים מאוד. יש חדר אוכל בתשלום וספורט ימי שגם הוא בתשלום. המקום נחמד וקרוב למרכז העיירה. אפשר להגיע גם ברגל (מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות)

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Bei Außentemperaturen von 38 Grad ist das nicht angenehm. Das Abendessen war offiziell bis 21 uhr. Wenn man 20 Uhr kam wurde das warme Essen (außer der Pizza und ggf. Beilagen) und z.T. auch Obst nicht mehr nachgelegt. Weiterhin bezahlt man wirklich viel Geld und muss dann doch noch für alles zahlen. Der See ist grundsätzlich schön aber der "Strand" besteht nur aus Steinen. Auch im Wasser sind sehr große Steine und herausragende Äste. Das ist ziemlich gefährlich für Kinder. Im Endeffekt sind wir 2 Tage vorher abgereist.

המלון נמצא קרוב ליער וממש על שפת האגם, יש אפשרות להשאלת סירות מסוגים שונים. חדרים גדולים ונוחים. צוות מאוד נחמד וקשוב לבקשות. פינות משחקים ומתקנים שונים ומעניינים לילדים ובכלל לכל המשפחה במקום. בחדר מטבחון גדול מאובזר עם מקרר ומדיח. יש רשתות בחלונות.

הכניסה לאגם לצורך שחיה לא נוחה ולא מסודרת.

Pros:

התארחנו בדירה עם שני חדרי שינה, נוחה ומרווחת, הכל חדש, המטבח מאובזר בכל הכלים הנדרשים. מיטות נוחות. המיקום ממש מחוץ למרכז העניינים של ליפנו, שזה עבורנו יתרון כי היה מאוד שקט ושלו. המלון מטופח ושקט מאוד. נפלא עם ילדים.

Cons:

לשים לב שרוב האטקציות במלון הן בתשלום נוסף, חוץ מהבריכה, ושאם לא מזמינים מראש ארוחת בוקר בעונת השיא יכול להיות שלא יהיה מקום.
