Hotel Drei Kronen Vienna City

Easy to access by metro and close enough to attractions to walk to. The room is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people for a few nights. I really appreciated the coffee maker and the fridge in the room. The breakfast that was included was really good.

Otel merkezi konumdaydı. Çok temiz ve kahvaltısıda güzeldi. Tekrar gelsek tercih ederiz çok memnun kaldık.

This hotel is adequate, but I would not stay here again. The staff cleaning my room forgot to give me towels on my second day. First time that’s happened to me. The breakfast was nothing special. I had to wait till my third breakfast before I saw a croissant. The coffee machine needed a lot of maintenance resulting in people having to wait quite a while to get some coffee.

Este hotel tiene una estación de tren cerca y está enfrente de el mercado. Rentamos 2 habitaciones y en una tuvimos temas de limpieza pero se disculparon y lo solucionaron rápido

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Man sollte aber lieber ein Zimmer beziehen, das nicht an der Straße grenzt.

For sure the very terribile weather conditions influenced in part the opinion but the absence of air conditioning and daily change of bath towels if needed etc was not positive

Wir nutzten das Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Wien. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich Vor- und Nachteile. Sehr positiv ist, dass man hier schnell fußläufig am Ring und damit in der Innenstadt ist. Nachteil: die Umgebungsgeräusche.
Das Hotel selbst (wir hatten ein Zimmer der Kategorie Superior) war für einen Städtetrip völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war nicht zu groß, aber wir wollten ja auch nicht im Hotel sitzen, sondern die Stadt sehen. Eine zweite Sitzmöglichkeit (von der Bettkante abgesehen) wäre in einem Doppelzimmer allerdings dennoch angebracht.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Bei einem erneuten Wien-Trip werde ich wohl wieder hier absteigen.

I stayed here for two weeks in May 2023 (5/6 - 5/17). Everything was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thomas and the others at the front desk listened to the stories about my daily excursions and gave me advice on trains and other travel trips. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff very friendly. Upon arrival, I was given a choice of rooms. I chose the one with the walkout balcony. The air and water in Vienna are cool and crisp (excellent). The hotel is easy to find and at a very good location, just across the street from the Nach Market, a short walk to the Belvedere and main train station, and a block away from a green line metro stop. While here, I made easy day trips by train to Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, and Salzburg. I took a cruise on the Danube. I saw all the major sites, including the Sisi Museum, which was my favorite. Paris and Barcelona cannot hold a candle to Vienna. Here you will find world class museums without the lines and reservations. Vienna is a hidden gem. This hotel is the place to stay. Great location, excellent rates, good condition, working elevator, great breakfast, and very helpful staff. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. I would like to return again soon.

Very good and affordable hotel very close to the city center and within a few minutes walk to two underground stations. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very clean, and with a very good breakfast. The staff (hotel seems to be family run) were very helpful and friendly. The rooms had no air-conditioning, but we were provided a fan which was very helpful during the heat wave we experienced when we were there. There was also free water, coffee and tea in the reception area which was quite nice.

WIFI needs to be improved as this was very patchy and also slow at times. But, other than this, I fully recommend this hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here again whenever I'm in Vienna.

Great hotel in a great location. We arrived early and the person on reception couldn't have been more helpful, organising a room for us well before normal check in time. The hotel overlooks the Naschmarkt and from our windows we could see the globe on the Secession House. The beds are comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, the bathroom equipped with quality toiletries. The breakfast was very nice, delicious fresh rolls and pastries etc.

The hotel was a good choice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The rooms were big and spacious with tall room heights. The beds were comfortable. A few extra pillows would have been appreciated. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed sheets changed every other day. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. So good! The hotel is located next to Naschmarkt and is right next to Karlplatz -metro tunnel. We used those tunnels to get everywhere around the town both by walking and by public transport. Super easy! You really couldn´t hear the traffic that well inside the hotel. The hotel was well soundproofed. The metro was only heard in the room as a soft hum when it went pass.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Tips für Restaurants gegeben) das Zimmer war ruhig, das Morgenessen war super, es hatte von allem was dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht direkt im Zentrum (ca.15-20min), aber zu Fuss ist man schnell irgendwo oder dann mit der U-Bahn. Würden wieder kommen. Der Naschmarkt war direkt gegenüber. Die U-Bahn Station war ca 6min entfernt zu Fuss. Ein sehr gutes Netz, sehr einfach und verständlich. Der 3 Tagespass für die ÖV, ist sehr empfelenswert! So kann man alles nutzen (Bus, Zug, U-Bahn ect.).
Vom Flughafen gibt es einen direkten Zug in die Stadt (16min no Stop) hammer! Und von dort aus die U-Bahn, je nach dem vo hin man will.

Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance.
Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions.

The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings.
