Nettes und freundliches Hotel
Ich habe dieses Hotel spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und es hat mir gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und höflich und auch hilfsbereit. Als etwas auf dem Zimmer gefehlt hat hat sich ein Mitarbeiter darum gekümmert, dass ich das bekomme. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein und ich bin sehr zufrieden für diesen günstigen Preis.

Ideal for a short break for a solo traveller, budget friendly. Located centrally in city, so not too far to walk to attractions. Friendly owners who made me welcome.

Location and value it’s not much, staff is brilliant and try to make you happy. Breakfast is very poor, the try even not half way. The staff room service is very clean anytime. I am very appreciate Mariam and Her colleague and also reception staff Rahma.

I was here for a very short stay, only one night. It was in an area that was a little hard to find and as a single woman, I would not feel totally safe walking around the area. The man at reception was very friendly, efficient and professional, he was my favorite aspect of staying here.

Friendly staff, few bathroom amenities, and a bit of a sketchy area. However, does the job for a night or two.

It’s an ok hotel. Staff very kind and the location is great but the hotel itself is super outdated. Cleaning is ok, there’s no soap or towels (had to go to the reception and ask for them). Fine for a one night stay.

L hotel est correcte a ce prix il faut pas s attendre a une excellente chambre mais par contre le service est super jetait tres bien accueilli ( accuil tres chalereux ) le petit dej est tres correcte . L hotel est familiale et secure ce qui est rare dan ses zone de la capitale. L vantage aussi cest qu il est proche a tout pour se balade a meme as 5mn a pied de la medina .
La seul chause qui ma pas plu dedan c est que c est un peu vieillot, mais malgres ca je remercie l equipe qui a tout fait pour mon confort .

Located close to the medina, this is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.
My room was warm and the bed was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The hot water took a few minutes to come on but was ok. My toilet seat was broken and had come off the hinges.
The breakfast is basic - some bread, jam, a boiled egg, a yoghurt and small brownie (with a tea of coffee) but it's enough.
Unfortunately when I checked in no-one told me that there is a curfew at midnight and you are locked out. I came back from a bar at 1am and then found myself locked out, and no-one answering the emergency WhatsApp number. Thankfully my friend was able to call the number (I had wifi but no phone credit) and wake someone up to let me in. It wasn't his fault, no-one told me about it when I checked in.
The lady who works at reception was friendly and this is a good option if you want somewhere relatively cheap and near the medina.

Authentique. Personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner très bon. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The hotel was not far from one of the retained gates and the old british embassy, it has a Tunisian charm not available in up market hotels, the room required a wardrobe but the bed was comfotable, it was air conditioned if needed, staff very attentive to guests needs and breakfast provided was good. To experience a bit of Tunsian hospitality this is a good place to stay and handy for The Medina (old city).
