De spa was niet warm en het zwembad was erg koud, mijn vrouw en ik hadden allergieën, de kamer was koud en het ontbijt was de 3 euro niet waard

Et rigtig fint hotel, ærgerligt at poolen ikke var opvarmet ordentligt.
Receptionisten vidste desværre ikke meget om deres ladestandere, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt.

Godt, rent og børnevenligt
Pros:

Godt og rummeligt værelse. Dejligt rent. Super gode badefaciliteter ved pool til en pige på 4 år. Der er et lille børnebassin som var et hit. Fin sauna og dampbad. Vi brugte det som overnatning på vej hjem fra ferie.

Goed eten, vriendelijk personeel en alles schoon bijgehouden.

Mis alleen met 2 kleine kinderen en een kinderbadje een omkleedkussen, moest de kinderen op de grond aan- en uitkleden. Ook kan de wandelwagen daar niet komen dus 2 trappen met 2 kinderen en de zwemspullen is ook niet heel handig. Ook is het water erg koud..

Bij binnenkomst bij de receptie en in de gangen is het erg warm en dan zijn de deuren dicht?

Verder leuke voorzieningen, nette kamers en mooi restaurant met een leuke speelhoek.

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad!

Prima verblijf gehad, alleen ontbijt was erg slecht. Het zou tot 10.00 uur zijn, we kwamen om 09.30 uur aan, de bakken waren leeg, geen spekjes en koude eieren.
Voor de rest prima gehad.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met 4
1-persoonsbedden, we kregen een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een uitgeklapte slaapbank.
Gelukkig was housekeeping er nog en kregen we een extra bed. De "airconditioning" was zeer slecht, geen airco te noemen.Op de koudste stand was het net uit te houden in de kamer, de rest van het hotel was bloedheet. Ook maakte het klimaatsysteem mega kabaal waardoor we met oordoppen in moesten slapen
Echt mega minpunten !! Aangezien ik het hotel uitgekozen had om de bedden en de airco op de kamers.
Dus nooit meer dit hotel voor ons.

Steak ‘ossehaas’ was 2x not good at all
Pros:

My mother had duo steak but one of the 2 steaks was not good. We got a new one and again the ‘ossehaas’ was again not good.

For almost euro 35 this is not good at all. We got an apology but that’s all.

The rest was okay ; therefore still a 3 in stead of a 5.

One star — walked out at midnight. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Pros:

The room was boiling hot. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. I opened the window just to get some air, but all I could smell was cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. It was unbearable.

There was no proper bed, just a mattress dumped on the floor. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing but attitude. Nicole, the floor manager, was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever dealt with in any hotel. No empathy, no solution, just dismissive and cold.

We ended up walking out of the hotel at midnight. My son was with me, and this trip was meant to be something special. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster. I’ve stayed in over 80 hotels and never left a review like this, but this place left me no choice.

I’m now taking legal action. The way we were treated was not just unprofessional, it was disgraceful.

Avoid this place. There are plenty of better hotels nearby that actually care about their guests. This one is all about taking your money and giving you nothing back.

Some rude staff
Pros:

The welcome was good, the room spacious clean and well appointed. We had pre booked breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent . The choice for dinner was limited but the food was good. Unfortunately we had to leave on the Saturday morning before breakfast was being served.
After dinner on Friday evening we wanted a drink in the bar but were made to feel most unwelcome and were ignored by bar staff. This spoilt our whole experience and would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to others
