Right next to freeway so loud and windows very dirty so hard to see out at all

Most hotels have shampoo, this one did not.

The bed was too soft , ac left a funny smell in the room, the pool wasn’t available and there was no outdoor space to sit , one has to ask for the hairdryer and shampoo and one staff member said I had to rerun the hairdryer after each use , no shampoo at the desk . Not having a coffee machine in the room was disappointing.

No shampoo or conditioner upon request. No coffee pot in room. Complimentary breakfast was extremely lacking. I assumed this was an extended stay accommodation. Yet I had no cups, no glasses, no plates, no silverware, and etc.

The door would stick but that had nothing to do with the staff or establishment. The staff was always willing to help when we had issues ☺️

The kitchen is not stocked. You have to ask for everything. There is absoulutly nothing in it.
The breakfast is coffee and a bag of instant oatmeal. There is not a hot breakfast as shown on Booking.com
The air conditioner was broken in the room
The pool is not functional

No maid service at all. Hallway full of clumps of dog hair. Breakfast advertised, but packets of oatmeal..no milk..no bowls, grab and go as they called it.muffins and nutribars, but no place to eat them so they had to be brought to the room…we all ate elsewhere. Elevator had trash from day 1. No shampoo or cream rinse sample bottles…no coffee pot…but u can order one, but no coffee pods or filters as other hotels. No hair dryer… no clock in the room. Noisy people upstairs stamping their feet and kids running the hallways late at night. Worst place we ever stayed

Found hair in my bed and in the restroom. Also dead bugs near ac vent. Also spiders on the ceiling. But that’s all.

It was dirty and had a foul smell. There was a lot of homeless people there as well. I mean my room itself wasn’t too too bad. However, I would never stay there again.

There was an AWEFUL smell in the hallway coming out of one of the rooms. One room left its door propped open and it was a total mess and they were clearly living in the room. The smell came from this room. We were on the 1st floor. Completely ruined our stay. Something tells me the health department needs to get involved.

The staff were not helpful at all. I asked about late check out the night before I was going to check out and was told it would be $25 but to call in the morning. Called in the morning talked to the front desk girl and she told me that she could give me until 12 at no charge. Got a call at 11 from the manager that I would need to check out by 11:30 or I would be changed $50. Explained that I was told I had until noon. Her reply was she spoke to the girl and she said she never said that… ummm what?!!! I was about 20 min away and there was no chance I would be checked out by 11:30. Explained that I would not be paying because I was told I had until noon and I would be on my way to check out before noon. Manager was so rude over the phone but when I arrived she acted like nothing ever happened. Also both nights when we left for dinner someone had let their dog pee by the door and it stunk so bad!!!! I’m all for pets being allowed but it smelled like dog everywhere. I would not stay here again.
