Pros:

המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, ויש ממש ממול סופר מרקט.
הליכה קצרה בהמשך הרחוב ואתם על רצועת הים עם מסעדות וחופים מפנקים.
יש חניה בחינם צמוד למלון.
אבל מה שעושה את המלון הזה לוואו זה הצוות. כולם מאירי פנים, אדיבים וששים לעזור ולענות על כל בקשה, מה שעושה את האירוח פשוט מדהים ( ותודה לג׳וליה המקסימה) . מנהל המלון נוכח במקום וזה ניכר באיכות השירות. הוא זמין ונגיש ונותן הרגשה כאילו הוא מארח אותך בבית שלו.

The staff was especially accommodating and helpful.

The room was 10 out of 10. We got upgraded to the suite with an outdoor hot tub and 2 balconies. I loved the welcome gifts and towel decorations each time the rooms were serviced.

The pool, bar, breakfast areas were exceptional. The gym was also great.

Excellent location across the street from a grocery store and many restaurants and the beach all withing walking distance.

Cons:

There was not a full length mirror in the room.

We stayed at this amazing boutique hotel as a group of two couples, and it was hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had!
What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The General Manager, Petrit, runs the hotel flawlessly and makes sure every guest feels like royalty. A special thanks to Julia and the entire staff for being exceptionally polite, attentive, and deeply dedicated to making our stay perfect.Everyone was incredibly service-oriented and kind. The rooms and facilities were outstanding, but the warmth of the management and staff is what made it unforgettable. We highly recommend Santo Mångata!

Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel.
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine. L'hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, tout comme le personnel : des femmes de ménage aux serveurs / serveuse, en passant par le technicien et les hôtesses d'accueil, toujours souriants et ça, ça compte énormément.
Ne parlant pas bien anglais, nous avons vraiment apprécié que tout le monde fasse l'effort de nous répondre du mieux possible, en prenant leur temps.

La chambre était suffisamment grande pour deux, et le clou du spectacle : un jacuzzi privé sur le grand balcon, avec d’un côté un coin détente et une petite table, et de l’autre le jacuzzi. Vraiment top !

Concernant le petit déjeuner, il y en avait pour tous les goûts : salé, sucré, jus d’orange frais ainsi que des fruits. Très bel espace pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Si vous devez séjourner une semaine, cet hôtel est vraiment un bon pied-à-terre, proche de la mer et de ses nombreux restaurants sur la rue principale. Pour faire le tour de l’île, vous avec des bus 2.70 euros par personne ou vous pouvez vous adresser aux hôtesses afin de louer un véhicule (scooter, quad, buggy ou voiture) et aller visiter la capitale Thira (Fira) ainsi que Oia (Ia). Deux magnifiques endroits à découvrir.

Nous avons également fait le tour en catamaran avec barbecue directement à bord : un moment inoubliable. Nous avons préféré être en petit comité plutôt que sur un bateau de 30 personnes ; nous étions seulement 12 sur le catamaran. Le seul regret concernant cette sortie : les hot springs que nous n’avons pas pu tester, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur la brochure. Mis à part cela, nous avons pleinement profité de l’excursion.

Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil et votre patience.
Petite dédicace à mon beau-frère qui a trouvé ce superbe endroit pour notre voyage de noces.

We really liked staff, especially administrators Biola and Elisabeth. They were supportive and friendly. The room was very clean and we had cleaning each day.

Cons:

Please add indication that near swimming pool it’s prohibited to drink personal beverages. As I was told by the staff that I cannot drink my coffee to go near swimming pool, but this rule was not indicated to me in advance and I did not see any indication about such rule at swimming pool.

Der Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist modern sowie minimalistisch, es ist ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen und durch die Zimmeranzahl von 24 Zimmern und das Adults Only super für ruhige Tage. Das Personal war einfach herausragend, freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer da, kann man sich nicht besser vorstellen. Es ist alles extrem sauber, es wird täglich geputzt und aufgeräumt. Das Essen schmeckte herausragend, das Frühstücke hat eine sehr große Auswahl und das Mittag - sowie Abendessen schmeckt super und preislich auch voll im Rahmen.
