I am writing to share our wonderful experience during our first visit to Boston. As Chase partners, we chose your hotel for our stay and were impressed from the very beginning. Despite our early arrival, the staff handled our luggage seamlessly so we could explore the city.
We would like to especially commend Sara for her professional check-in service and helpful local tips. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience; the quality of the food at both breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
Most notably, we want to recognize your doorman, Aklilu. His passion for his work is inspiring. He went above and beyond to ensure our rental bikes were in perfect condition, carefully checking every detail and inflating the tires. Such dedicated service is rare and deeply appreciated. We hope the hotel recognizes his hard work. We look forward to staying with you again in the future!

Perfect location to walk around, with the Help of Garret at front desk explained everything with so much calm and professionally, outstanding customer service. Will definitely stay at this hotel 100% recommended.

The hotel is spotless and welcoming. Great staff, and the location is also excellent. It's near public transportation and also right next to a nice mall.

We had the most enjoyable time staying at the Kimpton Marlowe in Cambridge. Parking and check-in was simple and we received a welcome gift at check in with bottles of water and some snacks as well. The rooms are newly updated and very nice. The breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic! Not to mention the complimentary coffee in the lobby was the best coffee we had all weekend! The hotel is connected through the garage to a small shopping mall where we did “mall walking” and browsing one afternoon. There is a food hall in the mall as well that also looked fantastic. We will absolutely stay here again, as we had a memorable and wonderful time!

Had a great time at this Kimpton. Stayed over the weekend with our dog. The staff are the most welcoming folks we’d ever had. They were very accommodating to our request to clean our room at a specific time.

There is a parking garage close by that had $15/day parking during the weekend that worked out for us.

The area is within walking distance of cafes and downtown Boston.

We’d stay again.

Great location, easy access to North Station on Green Line. Front desk, Sophie in particular, was super helpful/attentive but everyone we encountered was great! Very accommodating, nicely decorated and very clean. On site restaurant was very convenient. Would stay again next time we are in Boston!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and so helpful. Rooms were nice. One of our bathroom mirror lights did not work. Every single staff member was extremely kind. I would 100 percent go back. Breakfast was very good and the cocktail social in the main lobby was a great bonus! A huge thank you to “Sophie” at the front desk, as well as the others at the desk! Thank you.

Great location near my office. I like to walk when the weather is agreeable. My room was clean and roomy. Comfortable bed, nice desk, accent chair with ottoman. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Hotel offers a daily wine tasting in the lobby at 5pm. The restaurant has nice options for B/L/D and great service. I look forward to my next stay.

We had a lovely two-night stay at the Kimpton Marlowe. The hotel is very conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk from the Lechmere and Science Park stops on the Green Line, making it easy to get into Boston. It’s also not far from TD Garden, Harvard Square, the North End, and many major tourist spots.
We were upgraded to a spacious king suite with a sofa bed and a rollaway, which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the front desk team for being so attentive whenever we needed assistance. The text messaging service was very easy to use and extremely convenient.
Special thanks to Irina, Sean, Michael, Matthew, Sophie, and Cassandra for their excellent service. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which we appreciated.
We enjoyed the daily happy hour with complimentary wine from 5–6 pm, and breakfast at Bambara was very good. The hotel is right next to the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall, which is handy if you need anything, CVS, food court, and other shops are just steps away.
Overall, a great stay and we would happily return.

The hotel is immaculate and very nicely decorated. The location is convenient for the Green Line into Boston,or walk to Kendall Square

We love this hotel, we’re been coming every December! The hotel is always decorated beautifully for the holiday! The staff are all so friendly, welcoming & professional! Special shout out to ‘Baxter’ the Christmas pup! Thanks for a wonderful stay, loved our room, it was very comfortable and tastefully appointed.

Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to welcome us and our pets!

We stayed here this weekend using Chase’s The Edit program. The staff was well-versed in the details of the program, even though it’s fairly new. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, spoiled with bubbly and chocolate strawberries (celebrating an occasion), enjoyed early check-in, great breakfasts and cocktails, evening social hour with complimentary wine, and the holiday decor in Miracle, and the hotel in general. Beautiful property and excellent location.

Michael, at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful and kind. He really deserves a special shout-out. The entire staff was great, though. Can’t wait to stay here again!

After a long drive, the nicest spot to stay. From the start with doorman Akililu, who helped to valet my car and make me feel at home right at arrival. His service and warmth is one of the reasons I would return here. Additionally, beautiful view of Boston over the river and a well needed rest.

We had such a great experience celebrating my son's birthday at the Kimpton Marlowe, and the hotel staff could not have been more kind and attentive. Sam and Matthew went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and even threw in some extra surprises like a gift for the birthday boy. The room was lovely, the restaurant delicious, and the atmosphere perfect. We will definitely be visiting again!
