The hotel garage has a limited capacity and the price is 30 EUR per day (always book on request in advance and wait for confirmation). In case the hotel's garage is full, parking in a neighborhood garage located only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel is offered. The hotel is not responsible for any damages or losses when parking outside. Parking in blue zones on the streets of Prague is strictly forbidden for non-permitted holders.
Please note that the price for an airport shuttle is 33 EUR for a car and 50 EUR for a van.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Уютный небольшой отель-бутик, стильно, комфортный номер, удобная кровать. тихо - окна во внутренний дворик. Близко до всех основных достопримечательностей.
Достаточно разнообразный завтрак, большой выбор типов напитков в кофе-машине.
Очень приветливый персонал, все вопросы решались быстро и с улыбкой.

Alles super nichts auszusetzen
Pros:

Sehr freundlich empfangen, Getränke im Eingangsbereich, alles sehr sauber, junior suite super viel Platz inkl Kühlschrank und sogar Regenschirm am Zimmer, Frühstück alles da, in Bar waren wir nicht aber sehr schön, super zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, Bahnhof, super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten,

Ein gutes Hotel mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, dass eine Frau beim Frühstück live Klavier spielte. Das machte diese Frühstücke zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Am Wochenende ist das Parken in der Nähe des Hotels kostenlos.

Cons:

In der Hotellobby mangelt es etwas an Platz für die Gäste. Dort gibt es nur wenige Sitzgelegenheiten. Obwohl wir ein Superior-Zimmer gewählt hatten, mussten wir mit unseren Koffern tatsächlich einige Stufen zu Fuß zurücklegen, da der Aufzug etwas höher stoppt. Das könnte für manche Gäste problematisch sein. Darüber hinaus bot uns das Hotelpersonal in dieser Situation nicht an, unser Gepäck hinaufzutragen, noch informierte es uns darüber, dass wir einige Stufen überwinden mussten.

El trato del personal excelente. Tuvimos problemas con el vuelo por la huelga de trabajadores, perdimos el equipaje… y la chica de recepción, Olena, nos ayudó en todo. Muchas gracias por la atención ❣️

Byli jsme tam jen jednu noc, takže nemůžu úplně hodnotit, ale hotel se mi líbil.
Pros:

Snídaně byla dobrá (ale tak od 4* hotelu se to očekává). Personál na recepci byl také skvělý. Nejlepší byly špagety carbonara na večeři, ty byly fakt dobre :-)

Cons:

Z pokoje byl výhled na zedˇ/balustrádu na střeše. To bych za 4tis. úplně neočekával...

Excellent! If I am fortunate to visit Praha in the future, I will plan to stay there.

Stilvoll, sauber, freundlich und kompetent
Pros:

Sehr höfliches, freundliches und kompetentes Team. Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichlich.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage hat 3 Stellplätze, ist sehr eng und teuer, aber auf der Straße sind kaum freie Plätze vorhanden.
In unserem Zimmer war am Tisch mit dem Wasserkocher keine Steckdose.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man ist nur wenige Minuten vom Wenzelsplatz entfernt. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Frühstück ist sehr gut.
