The hotel garage has a limited capacity and the price is 30 EUR per day (always book on request in advance and wait for confirmation). In case the hotel's garage is full, parking in a neighborhood garage located only 5 minutes' walk from the hotel is offered. The hotel is not responsible for any damages or losses when parking outside. Parking in blue zones on the streets of Prague is strictly forbidden for non-permitted holders.
Please note that the price for an airport shuttle is 33 EUR for a car and 50 EUR for a van.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room, the cleanliness of the Hotel,the Decor, Breakfast and staff

Cons:

Just a slight niggle here, but there was a lack of supplementing the Tea/Coffee/Milk tray.

Comfortable with great breakfast
Pros:

Well maintained property, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice and cold and cooked food…exceptional. The location is good being just behind the museum in the New Town, 5 minutes from the underground and a nice 15 minute walk to the Old Town square(mostly pedestrianised). Good selection of “local” restaurants nearby as well.

Nice hotel in Prague
Pros:

It's a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. The location is pretty good, 20 minute stroll to the St Charles bridge. 5 minute walk to the main Street with plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from.
Hotel breakfast had a good selection, hot and cold buffet, tea, coffee and a variety of juices.

Cons:

The only thing that was a let down was the private spa, it wasn't organised very well.
Nothing was ready and we had to switch everything on ourselves which was disappointing as we paid extra for the experience. The sauna was hot and ready to use but the jacuzzi was cold and took around 20 minutes to warm up to a comfortable temperature.

Pros:

Delicious and plentiful breakfast, and everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, with most attractions easily accessible. The room was quiet and comfortable, making it a very pleasant place to relax.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Even my family and I stayed just for one night the amount of demand I have and constantly calling hotel for every stupid thing just to make sure my mother will be happy. I even asked for table for seven people and hotel staff make it happened in special room. It wasn't my first stay and definitely not last. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Prague obviously without the demands, they are reserved just for me :) The breakfast got everything you can imagine and more. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family.

Pros:

Przemiły personel i bardzo pomocny, śniadania w porządku, duży pokój z wygodnymi łóżkami, Miodóweczka w lobby dla gości to cudowny pomysł :) Hotel bardzo ładny i klimatyczny. Lokalizacyjnie bardzo blisko do metra - ale Pragę można zwiedzać na piechotę mieszkając w tym hotelu.

Bel hôtel mais quelques désagréments..
Pros:

Merci à Helena de la réception qui a essayé de résoudre à son niveau, les quelques petits soucis.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la rue, très bruyante. Beaucoup de circulation de voitures et de sirènes stridentes.
Couettes très adaptées au lit (trop petites)...
Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas bien donc atmosphère trop chaude, la nuit.
Rideaux pas complètement occultants..
Centre-ville historique à plus de 30mn à pied... et 👣
