Beijing Tibet Hotel

Hotel breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

Hotellihuone perus siisti, mutta vähän kuluneen oloinen. Patja oli kova ja tyynyt korkeita ja epämukavia.Vastaanotossa oli vain kaksi auttavasti englantia puhuvaa henkilöä ja asiointi oli yleisesti ottaen hankalaa. Aamupala runsas ja sisälsi myös länsimaisen aamupalan aineksia.

The hotel is old and there is no Wi-Fi.

近くにイトーヨーカドーがあって、地下鉄にも近いので、よかったです。外国人あまりないホテルみたいで、同伴者の名前を間違えていました。

自分の名前で別の日本人が間違えてチェックインされていて、危なく泊まれないところになりそうだった。ホテルマンが超無愛想。

My biggest concern was that none of the staff had a sufficient knowledge of English to ask questions and get assistance with various issues.

Arrived the hotel at 4:00 pm and was told the room is not ready. found mosquito in the room and sleepless whole night.

Beijing Tibet Hotel is located on Ring Road #4, though far away from Beijing center but its location is just minutes line 5 subway. This is great for independent travelers to explore Beijing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, though there are few who can speak English. Pengfei is one among them and she's absolutely AMAZING! Pengfei was above and beyond the call of duty during our stay here. Her services left a great impression to our experience at this hotel.
The restaurant is clean, well run, provides delicious and fresh food. Their staff keeps this place fresh and welcoming.

I didn't use their cash exchange service but once tour member had and their rate was almost as good as the official exchange rate of that date.

We stayed in 2 rooms both building A and B. They both were well maintained. The beds both are hard than what we normally use but we slept well regardless, probably due to the activities. Build B though it's less desirable in location, its room is more modern comparing to building A. However, though both rooms were on same level 8, water pressure is much weaker on building B.

Groot hotel op loopafstand (35 min) van het Olympic Park waar mijn conferentie plaatsvond. Heeft 3 restaurants in huis, met allerlei variaties uitstekend eten. Er is warm en continentaal ontbijt te krijgen. De service is goed, en hoewel maar weinig mensen achter de balie goed Engels spreken zoeken ze voor alle vragen een creatieve oplossing (vertaal-app of handen en voeten). De kamer is ruim, schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien incl sterke wifi, koelkast en waterkoker. Couleur locale: er staat yak melk en Tibetaanse thee en bonbon klaar op de kamer (tegen betaling). Ik heb het een week lang prima naar mijn zin gehad!

Outside looks a little bit shabby, but interior facilities are nice. Definitely recommend it! Walking distance to restaurants.

호텔 우측 옆건물에는 24시간 편의점있고, 좌측 옆건물에는 고급 제과점이 있어 좋았고, 앞에는 좌판 과일판매상들이 있어 좋았다.
특히 전철이 200미터 옆에 있어, 북경 어디로건 접근이 쉬웠다.

직원들은 매우 친절했고, 인터넷 환경도 좋고, 모기가 있어 모기매트기기를 요청하니 즉시 지원해주는 등 서비스가 즉시 이루어졌다.

앞으로도 북경출장시 이 호텔을 이용할 예정.

Hotel was well maintained. Bad wifi. Service was unfriendly at times.

It would have been all great, had there been any chance of getting a taxi when needed. The hotel actually does not have a single word written in Latin alphabet (neither hotel, nor Tibet), so you need a photo to be sure that you are at the destination. And getting staff to book a taxi does not seem to work either - especially if you need a taxi at 3:30 am, to get to the airport.

가격대비 괜찮네요. 직원들도 친절하고 깨끗하고, 음식도 괜찮았습니다.
조식으로 흰죽도 나오고, 중국식 밑반찬들이 있어 한식 좋아하시는 분들은 괜찮은 듯 합니다.
다만 제가 묵은 방 앞이 계속 공사중인 건물이라 낮에는 소음이 굉장합니다.
호텔에서 이런 하자가 있으면 고객에게 공지해주고, 서비스라도 추가로 해줬어야 하는게 아닌가 싶네요.

If you dont know the region you will have a hard time to find the hotel, is located in a corner. Once you are there checkin and rooms are decent

Hotel is located near sub-way station. Shanghai style restaurant at block B provides good food with reasonable price. The room looks like renovated in the recent years but sometimes there is bad smell from the water pipe in the washroom. The TV signal for non-local channels is not stable.

地下鉄駅からも近く使いやすかった。

The room was nice, we were able to come and go. However, service needs to be improved.

Some rooms of the hotel was newly renovated but the wifi did not work consistently. On the first day I was told that there was emergency repair and on the second day I was told that they were trying to upgrade and finally on the 3rd day I was told the wifi in that building does not work. It drops out every few minutes. The room was stuffy and hot (28 deg C) even if I had the thermostat at 13 deg C and was told that the thermostat was not broken and it's just that Beijing people like it warm. The stopper of the sink was broken. The cardkey entry system did not work - I changed my card 3 times and would have to try my luck every time I opened the door. I got so mad at them that they finally gave me 3 new cards that worked. Staff were nice and patient but these did not help solve the problems
