La localisation près de la gare centrale

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix. Prix très excessif compte tenu des prestations : chambre très petite, 3ème lit était un lit d’appoint qui grinçait et penchait (pas adapté pour un adulte), la climatisation était un gros appareil mobile qui faisait un bruit infernal et prenait de la place dans la chambre. Au niveau propreté pas terrible, chambre vieillotte donc de la rouille à la salle de bain, tête de lit déchirée. Petit dej correct au niveau du choix mais jus de fruits infecte (de la poudre mélangée à de l’eau). Les hôtels à Amsterdam sont certes très chers mais il faut pas exagérer.

Convenient place to stay close to the railroad.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. We also liked the location since it was close to the rail station. It's a nice place to stay for a short while. We visit the Anne Frank museum which we could walk to. There were more places around Amsterdam I would like to have visited but we only had part of a day before we had to board the Viking ship to begin the cruise. I do recommend this place to stay for a short while for its ease in getting around. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As first time visitors to Amsterdam I would have appreciated better advice on getting to certain places. Some of the hotel workers were unfamilar with where we wanted to go. It would have been helpful to have them ask some other staff to help us. Overall though, we were satisfied.

Cons:

Tout était bien. Un peu plus d’espace de rangement dans lq chambre(tablettes, étagère ou bureau à tiroir) serait apprécié. Chambre petite mais confortable

Good for the price
Pros:

This hotel is cheap and in a great location. It is clean and tidy and the room was very well presented.
My only criticisms are that it looks a bit tired with some threadbare bits of carpet in the hallways and, when I had an issue with the key not working, the receptionist looked as miserable as sin and didn't seem to want to help, but had too!
