Hotel in an excellent central location to Centraal Station & tram stop just across the road.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Room had very strong cigarette smell & even on bed sheets & pillows.

Pros:

Great position, friendly and helpful staff, close to trams, has everything you need available,

Cons:

Can be a little loud sometimes at night but to be expected for a city location and didn’t stop me from sleeping as just people walking past.

I recommend this hotel for its great location, walking distance from central station and everything Amsterdam has to off
Pros:

I have been visiting this hotel since early 90s and for the first time I got a great room thst I liked and confortable with a tub and plenty of space.
The property offered me a two,hours lste check out and a small bag of chocolate the day before leaving. A very nice hedge.

Cons:

Wifi was spotti and weak,having to log in several times

De locatie van de accommodatie is uitstekend, de kamer is groot, de voorzieningen zijn goed en het is er erg rustig.

Cons:

Het kind had geen wiegje nodig, maar de ober vroeg extra geld om er toch een bij te zetten.

Just one nights stay before we moved on, quite adequate for this situation.
Pros:

Location was good, not far from train station as we needed to move on the next day.

Cons:

We were told that the twin room we requested on booking was not possible. However, on insistence, the receptionist was able to find us what we had booked. I was disappointed that we had to do that.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Le ménage laisse plus qu'à désirer....douche moisie et qui inonde le sol,malgré 4 jours de relance le ménage n'a pas été fait,de la poussiére ++,le lavabo sale,une lentille de contact sur la table de nuit pas nettoyé des clients d'avant....
Sur 6 membres du personnel,2 seulement ont été souriants....

Hotel comodo per passare pochi giorni ad Amsterdam, posizione ottima staff cordiale e disponile ad ogni nostra richiesta
Pros:

La posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione e al centro.
Abbiamo girato Amsterdam a piedi

Cons:

Un po’ vecchiotto come hotel ma comunque accogliente.
La colazione discreta, non c’era grande scelta

Do not stay here
Pros:

Awful hotel. The room had paper thin walls so basically got no sleep the first night. The shower was tiny and you could barely move in it. The room was grubby and had no tea/coffee facilities which were advertised.
Breakfast is downstairs in a windowless room furnished with cheap furniture. The food was edible but clearly cheap and poor quality.
We had booked for three nights but after the first night I booked somewhere else. Staff did not even question why we were checking out early.
Overall it is more of a flop house than a hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.

Albergo pulito e confortevole, deluso dal comportamento dello staff.

Ottima posizione per girare la città. Albergo pulito e confortevovelo

Cons:

Eravamo in gruppo, abbiamo prenotato tre camere, in una delle camere era finito il sapone è lo sciampo al secondo giorno, detto più volte alla reception di riempire i dispenser, siamo stati completamente ignorati da essere obbligati ad acquistarli in negozio.
