I thought the complimentary breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. It does seem to be the same food each morning, so we went out once for something different. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was always friendly when we saw them. Loved the pet relief area.
Sometimes it took quite a while for the hot water to come through in the sink and shower. Other guests were not as good at cleaning up after their pets in the pet relief area, but other than that, we had a great stay and will definitely go back.
GREAT location! Older property but very well maintained. Views from the balcony were beautiful, and the grounds were nice. Pet friendly property was a huge bonus! And the breakfast daily was fabulous! Many choices of both hot and cold foods that were actually tasteful!! Also have a nice happy hour at the attached Gringos Cafe.
We had nothing bad to say about the property, at all! Maybe a suggestion….upgrade the pillows and mattresses.
Very comfortable bed
Hot water, good pressure
Good AC
Toilet/ shower area could use an exhaust fan
We like the swimming people the staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious.
In the bathroom we didn't have hand soap and it was a cricket in the restroom that's
a no no for me.
Pet friendly.
Very old and desperately in need of repair.
AC probably mold.
Shower is a joke, as is the rest of the bathroom.
Staff was RUDE.
NO welcome cookies, or smores kits.
Breakfast offerings were limited and usually out.
Nicely appointed and clean
Ceiling fan over king bed
Ceiling fans should have been turned on during breakfast on the balcony
The pool area was very nice, good location.
The patio door had gaps, ac was very loud, beds were okay, small room with no place to sit
For being a $20 resort fee, it was lackluster and the employee informed us. There was no pool towels with no further solution therefore we had to walk back and use our bathing towels. They were a little spots of black mold in the shower. No comforters and went to the closet to grab some of the spare blankets in which there was hair and dirt spots on it.
breakfast and mimosas were very poor
room and staff were very accomodating
The restaurant should NOT be offered with the hotel
It should be closed!!
