Pros:

Room was large and the view from balcony was superb. If needed anything during our 10 day stay staff was happy to assist. The breakfast was amazing. Resturant was an added bonus with great food and friendly staff

The room was quiet and warm. The food in the restaurant was good. People were friendly.

Cons:

The facility was dated, there was a resort fee of $18 per day that was not disclosed on booking and the pool was cold and the hot tub was green. I asked for and received a refund on the resort fee.

staff work hard make stay pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

breakfast was good staff refilled food and drinks room was kept clean garbage's were empty regularly

Cons:

bath room was out dated needed remodel main room was ok pool needed repair broken tiles needed cleaning

Stay here in Tucson; it can’t be beat!
Pros:

Beautiful pool area, comfortable& spacious room, great balcony. Every employee was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The front desk guy was awesome- just couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast was perfect & included a mimosa.

Cons:

It’s very well maintained but it is a bit aged.

It was a central location for our site seeing needs

Cons:

Breakfast same thing each day. Website made us believe we could order a breakfast. Coffee was good.

The room was comfortable, had a nice balcony, breakfast was good, location seemed safe, tea in lobby. COFFEE NOT GREAT. Too bad it rained and was so windy.

Would not stay there again. Not at all like the description suggests.
Pros:

Not anything to note.

Cons:

Poor room. Old fixtures, layout and furnishings. The air conditioning was terrible. Blows uncomfortably directly on the bed and goes on and off frequently. Room remained warmer than desired.
Location is nothing special and ina row with motels like Hampton Inn.

Horrible We were going to stay 5 night checked out after the 1st night.
Pros:

happy hour in their restaurant was good.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Hot tub was green and full of algae. There was no sign to tell you not to use. Staff was only interested in their phones. Did not to send cleaners in to clean the room. No place to hang used towels (they did not want you to request room cleaning)
