Pros:

Clean rooms with everything you need. Simple hotel but great value for money!! Reception were lovely and the process to hire a bike was easy and well priced. Overall really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Struggled a bit with the heating system - I think it is an internal system so the rooms at time got a bit hot. This might be our error as perhaps we just couldn’t figure it out.. but slept with the windows open which was fine

If solo, avoid room one!
Pros:

I liked the location and that was it I'm afraid.

Cons:

I booked this hotel based on its reviews and location, as I was travelling to Amsterdam to compete in the HYROX event at the RAI. I also planned to visit the Anne Frank Museum and family home.

The hotel itself is on a quiet street and only a short walk from a tram stop with a direct connection to Amsterdam Central Station and the Eurostar. As a solo traveller, I booked a single room.

Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 1. Any solo traveller considering this hotel should pay close attention to this point.

Room 1 is effectively located within the reception area, directly next to the main entrance. The sliding entrance door is clearly audible from inside the room. In addition, there is a fish tank with a pump that can be heard constantly, along with music played in reception.

As a result of these disturbances, I was unable to sleep on my first night. I raised this with reception staff and asked to be moved to another room. I was told that only twin or double rooms were available and that I would need to pay for an upgrade.

Given that I was competing the following day and had trained for four months for the event, I contacted Booking.com by phone to ask for assistance, as I genuinely needed rest. Unfortunately, although reception staff eventually turned off the music, no further help was offered at that time.

The following morning at around 05:00, I was again disturbed by staff moving in and out of the property. Even small details, such as the sound of a drink being stirred, were clearly audible from the room.

I raised the issue again and made it clear that I could not stay in Room 1 for another night. At around 09:10, a member of staff contacted me to discuss a room change. I explained that I was attending the event and would try to return before 13:00 to collect my belongings, but I also gave permission for my items to be moved if I was delayed.

Later that day, I was moved to Room 32 (on the third floor). This room was significantly quieter and highlighted just

Pros:

The concert hotel was a pleasant and convenient place to stay while on vacation in Amsterdam. Super close to a tram/train station that had access to the center of the city within 15-20 minutes. The receptionists were kind and helpful and my apartment was decent. Nothing fancy but a good value for money.

Cons:

A refrigerator would be a nice touch and also an espresso machine. The carpet & some corners of the room could use a little upgrade.

Tesis merkeze yakın, tramvaylarla veya yürüyerek ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Odalar temizdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Pros:

Otelin konumu merkezi, müzelere ulaşım çok rahat, yürüyerek kısa sürede gidip gelebilirsiniz. Otel fiyat-performans anlamında çok yeterli. kahvaltı ek ücret ile aldık, dışarıdaki bir kahvaltıya göre fiyatı uygun ancak çok çeşitli değil.

Cons:

yorumlarda yazıyordu, eğer bebek arabanız varsa asansör çok dar sığmayacaktır. üst kata merdivenlerden taşımanız gerekecektir. buna dikkat ederek büyük oda ve alt kat tercih etmeniz gerekir.
