Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Good location on a quiet street within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, Museum square, and public transport. The room was small, but comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. There is a courtyard with seating where guests may smoke or vape. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options and good coffee.

Cons:

Only one suggestion - the shower floor is very slippery when wet. A non-slip mat would be good as a safety precaution.

Die Lage war gut.

Bei der Ankunft müsste ich 100€ Kaution bezahlen,was ich leider davor nicht wüsste. Das Zimmer hatte mehrere Gebrauchsspuren,wie z.b. dreckige Wand oder kaputte Nachttischkommode. Das hatte ich nicht gemeldet,da ich sicher war,dass das Personal von diesen Gebrauchsspuren schon weiß. Wir sind vor 11 Uhr ausgecheckt,kurz vor 17 Uhr kam eine Nachricht von dem Hotel,dass wir ein Tisch kaputtgelacht hätten und dass sie die Kaution behalten. Den Tisch haben wir nicht kaputtgemacht und sind uns da zu 100% sicher. Wenn wir etwas kaputt gemacht hätten,hätten wir das gemerkt. Ich hatte gehofft,dass ich das mit dem Hotel klären kann,leider kam nur nochmal eine Mail von dem Personal,dass es sicher ist dass ich das war und dass meine 100€ (was sehr viel Geld ist!) behalten wird. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Nicht wirklich sauber und das mit der Kaution finde ich überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Booking habe ich das auch gemeldet,leider meldet sich keiner. Leider viel Geld verloren.

Pros:

j'ai aimé le personnel sympa , et l'emplacement qui était top , tout était accessible a pied

Cons:

le lit était catastrophique on a pas pu dormir a cause de son état , la chambre etait trop petite , toilette petite ....

Pros:

Very helpful staff, with the exception of one receptionist upon arrival. The hotel has its own distinctive atmosphere and is perfectly located near the city center, right next to the main museums and a great concert hall. The airport bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel. Although the hotel is small, it makes excellent use of all its space, including a small courtyard with seating.

Cons:

The arrival was very unpleasant. Instead of a greeting or a welcome, the first thing the receptionist blurted out was that we had to pay a 100 Euro deposit (which, by the way, has still not been returned to me) in case we damaged something in the room. It was very humiliating; I have only ever experienced this kind of distrust toward guests in RnB-type accommodations, never before in a hotel.

Pros:

The location is very good. It is very close to Museum Quarter and the neighbourhood is full with retaurants and cafes. I think the best thing about the hotel is its location and during our stay it was the cheapest in this region. Therefore the best value for money was this hotel.

Cons:

Parking is diffficult and very expensive. The elevator got broken . A huge issue with luggages. Can be very noisy at nights so sleeping with open windows is challenging in hot days ( there is no AC )

Pros:

Locactie is super centraal en gemakkelijk te bereiken met OV of te voet.

Cons:

Kon wel wat warm worden 's nachts en de kussens zijn erg dik. Maar dat zijn details.

Proper, nieuwe handdoeken. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis bagage service.

Verouderd en klein. Slechte kussens, beiden vinden deze veels te hard.

A estadia só vale pela equipe, café da manhã e pela localização!
Pros:

Localização excelente, perto dos museus e de tram.
Café da manhã bom! Equipe simpática.

Cons:

Camas estreitas, colchão desconfortável. A limpeza é realizada no segundo dia de estadia. Banheiro com cortinas ao redor do chuveiro e deixa o banheiro todo molhado.

Great find in a good location.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised at the standard of the room as I had purposely booked the cheapest hotels that I could find. The cleanliness was good and the amenities too. The location was great as it’s not far from the bus and train stops and it didn’t take long to walk to the centre.

Cons:

There wasn’t a shower screen seal so the water ran into the floor and the toilet seat had some movement in it. Both things can be easily rectified and didn’t ruin our stay.
