Buenas tardes,
Hemos pasando estos días en el Hotel The Concert, en Amsterdam, que he reservado a través de vuestra aplicación, con código 5636954782.
Me encuentro muy insatisfecha con él mismo. Por una parte, en la primera noche, nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña con una sola cama de matrimonio. En el momento de reservar, había añadido la opción de 2 camas separadas. Reclamamos. En ese momento no había opción a cambio, asi que tuvimos que dormir así. Hecho que nos ha perturbado nuestro descanso y estancia.
Por otra parte, en nuestro segundo día (y de ahí en adelante) se nos aloja en una habitación con dos camas. Bien, tal y como habíamos solicitado. No obstante, las calidades de la misma fueron pésimas. Estaba ubicada justo al lado de la puerta principal, así que escuchamos constantemente el abrir y cerrar de la misma; la ducha era pequeña, cerrada con una cortinilla hedionda, no paraba de gotear por la noche; y, durante la estancia, en alguna ocasión, pusieron las toallas con manchas negras. La relación calidad-precio no se corresponde.

Por todo ello, y dando cuenta de los problemas que ha ocasionado el hotel a nuestra estancia, descanso y vacaciones en Ámsterdam, solicitamos que se nos compense por lo ocasionado y, del mismo modo, se nos devuelva el importe de la primera noche.

A perfect hotel for a short break
Pros:

Excellent location close to city centre.
Very comfortable beds and great room exactly what you need all basics.
Staff really friendly, breakfast very good, a good choice of food.
I’ve been before and would recommend again.

One man made hell

Rude, not trained staff, person behind the reception desk alone online shift could barely speak English let alone Dutch. He turned my stay in a living nightmare. Haven't got yet my deposit back

Buena relación calidad-precio en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada
Pros:

La ubicación nos pareció muy cómoda, con un autobús directo desde el aeropuerto y a unos 20 minutos andando del centro y de los principales puntos de interés. El desayuno buffet era muy variado y de buena calidad, y el personal fue muy amable y resolutivo cuando tuvimos un pequeño problema con la llave. La habitación era sencilla pero cómoda y la zona muy tranquila para descansar.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que un día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación a pesar de haber dejado el aviso para ello, y ya no pudieron solucionarlo hasta el día siguiente. Además, conviene saber que el ascensor solo llega hasta la tercera planta, por lo que quienes se alojen en la cuarta tendrán que subir un tramo de escaleras.

Cons:

The place is awful. Booked more than 400 hotels around more than 120 countries and this is the worst place I ever stayed. Everything was dirty, super noisy place in a sketchy neighbourhood.Also They extortionate me money. We have arrived around 12 am and they asked money for late check in, thats never metioned on booking and its illegal on a reception oppened 24hours. You pay what they ask or can't enter to your already paid booking. STAY AWAY

A poorly slept night in a poorly managed hotel !
Pros:

À night with only 2 hours sleep due to structural noise ! Pre-scented and poorly managed.
Checked in at 4.30 pm CET and being assigned Room 01, ground floor, street side. Something like 14 square meters including toilet and shower. 260 eur, including tax and bkfst.
Going in and noticing that :
1) street noise is already painful : tram, car, moto, pedestrian : all are heard quite clearly in the room. And presumably, the hotel guests will enter next door to the room
2) shower room extractor is actually doing … noisy air conditioning.

Going back to reception, complaining on the inadequacy of the room due to noise) where I was told that tram was stopped on Saturday at 11 pm CET (lie 1 :it stopped at 1 am cet) and that everything will be alright (lie 2) and that when I will be back, another room could be proposed.

Going for a concert and returning at midnights : tram, car, moto pedestrian still active and noisy. Actually : the road of the hotel is a major entry to Amsterdam. At reception, a new guy is not aware of the complaint at 4h30… and now the hotel is magically full. Bad faith all around.

At 1 am : additionally to the street noise, the room is “benefitting” from water noise from upper floors ! And of noise at reception and guests entering back hotel : walls are made of paper, windows of light glass … and personnel full of lies, and out of proper follow up a d solution.

2 am : guests entering while unending car and motor noise. Sleeping one hour and awaken by noise at 3. Reading and then sleeping again an hour a f then around 6 reception is getting noisy supposedly preparing breakfast for ghost guests (who never came) at 7.

We went to bkfst time slot at 8:15. We were 8 !
In 3rd floor, noise was also confirmed from street as unacceptable + one person on phone. And “scrambled eggs” induration version with eggshelve.

And on checking out, of course has not been made aware of the repetitive complaints !

I wish those to go bankrupt asap to allow proper people to manage !

Pitiful ! Worst hotel sleep exercise combined with poorly managed situation and below level bkfast. How is it allowed to book there to sleep ?!?
