La ubicación y el precio
La habitación muy pequeña y el baño de juguete. Concretamente en el lavabo no caben ni las manos
Location was great
Size of the room, and the smell on the bathroom
Ok, it was a nice location and a cute villa, and automatic check-in and check-out if possible.
The room was not the declared 20 m² in the description, and it took a long, long time to make the stuff. To the staff, I acknowledged that it was different than the description. In fact, it was a very, very tiny room, and the bathroom was 1 m², almost a really, really small bathroom. The room was quite small, with no space for clothes. Anyway, I had to insist quite a bit. I asked for a bigger room because it was not like the description, but they said there was no availability in the other room.
When I insisted, they offered a partial refund, which, to me, was not adequate. Still, I had to enjoy my holiday, so I did not make a big deal out of it. Honestly speaking, if they make a clear description with square meters, they should write the accurate number, not a fake number. It was almost half, not 20, but something like 12. They said they checked, but I am a trained architect, and I know. I measured, and it's not 20, so it was a little bit inconvenient because I had to insist.
At the last moment, they offered a refund, but it was not pleasant to tell someone they wrote something untrue and not accurate, because you cannot lie with measures. They have to have this back-and-forth to do something so simple. Honestly, I would not expect something from people from Holland that are always so precise, so this, for me, was a little bit unexpected.
I appreciated the refund, although I didn't really care about the money, but more about having a comfortable experience, maybe a superior room. Honestly, I thought 20 m² was enough for two people, but in reality, it was not 20 m², so it made my stay a little bit inconvenient. I have to say I would have just liked to enjoy my holiday.
Location is wonderful. There is a lift and the rooms are clean
The rooms are very close to each other with no sound isolation. I stayed for a night only and had a very noisy neighbors. Also I could here all the noise from outside.
The rooms needed some maintenance.
Location is really good and it helps to balance some little downsides
Location and the old building
No daily refill of tea and coffee
The pillows were too bad
Had to sleep without a pillow most nights
Absolutely fantastic location, great proximity to the museum quarter and plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Would stay again!
Nothing!
Location was great! Easy to get to from the airport, yummy restaurants and cafes around the hotel, close to Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum as well as supermarket if needed.
Main qualm was that the remote reception made things a bit tricky as often we were out for the day before reception arrived and getting back home after reception had finished for the day. So getting small things to the room like milk for a tea was hard with no one to help.
Great location. Close to the park, cafes and restaurants.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The shower drain was clogged and you could only take a quick shower turning on and off the water before the water spilled over. Additionally, it’s quite noisy. We booked the location thinking of being in a quiet place to rest where we could then walk to the main attractions but the doors and stomping from the other rooms are quite disturbing. I think there are better ways to control the sounds, specifically from the doors.
Het zijn zeer mooie kamers met een prachtige ligging
Er is echt wel heel wat geluidslast
sehr sauber, perfekte Lage
Leider wurde nicht vorher kommuniziert, dass es Souterrain war - wäre gut, das vorher zu sagen!
