For £200 per night for room only, this property needs to invest in some maintenance and room upgrade
Pros:

This property doesn't offer meals its room only. The room we had was in the attic so very small. We liked the location as it was in a quiet area and right on the edge of Vondelpark.

Cons:

The bed dipped on my side so it definitely needs a new mattress. The bathroom is very small which is okay but the bathroom light and the light attached to the headboard kept flashing on and off which was really annoying, especially when taking a shower. The sink tap was very loose and the shower needed a deep clean around the edges. There was no teaspoons or large cups to make a cup of tea, and I had to ask twice for teaspoons and teabags but never received any, I had to buy some from the supermarket. The closure arm on the door on the top floor is broken so it kept banging everytime someone went through it. I did report the lights and teaspoons and tebags to reception but nothing was done about it and they just didn't seem interested at all. The reception is only only until 4pm then its a digital reception. You can definitely get a better quality hotel more centrally, for the cost of this one. We liked the area but had to use the trams as too far to walk into Amsterdam central. I would base this as a 3* property at best!

For us (room #10) it was something like a 2-stars clean hotel. Cleanliness is the only advantage
Pros:

Only cleanliness. May be the coffee maker in the room

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room at all. The electric socket in the bathroom was torn out. The shower cabin itself and the toilet are really small. The quality of shampoo, conditioner, etc is below expectations

Pros:

La posizione

Cons:
