Lokatie dichtbij schiphol

Cons:

Het restaurant han bedorven ribs, koude kroket, bevroren sate.
Het lijkt wel of het restaurant niet beschikt over een kok.
De persoon deed wel het best om er iets van te maken, maar had de kennis / middelen niet.
Erg slecht, Bastion!!
Ben al meerdere keren bij de keten geweest. Dit was niks!!

Pros:

Room service staff (whoever works today on floor 3) would not leave my room alone after rejecting service. 2+ hours of them seemingly just hanging around my door, no matter how many times I asked them to leave. Otherwise a decent hotel but that service is abysmal. A frontdesk staff member also feigned ignorance when I asked for more of the coffee pods for the room and tried to sell bar coffee until it became clear that I wasn't biting. An unfortunate stain on an otherwise nice hotel. More disciplined and personable staff and considerate service would help immensely.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, and space in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom was, very small. My stay was in winter, they had a AC with warm air, there was a window that couldn't close properly, and AC did not help with the floor, it was ice cold floor. Main door to the room is not sealed enough so you'd here sound from the corridor all the time.
