Pros:

Good location, staff friendly, bed itself was very comfortable and the big TV was great as it had netflix.

Cons:

Not very clean, the sheet didn’t fit the mattress and kept coming off revealing stains on the mattress which was not pleasant. Dirt and wrappers behind the bedside lockers.

Convenable - low cost
Pros:

Personnel sympathique. Hôtel propre. Et parking moins cher surveillé.

Cons:

Très mal isolé donc nous entendions fort les bruits extérieurs ainsi que les bruits liés à la cuisine de l'hôtel avec les canalisations. Enfin, la lampe de notre salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas ce qui était embarrassant.

Pros:

The staff was really helpful and nice! Location was really ok! There’s a tram really close to the hotel that goes straight to the station central !

Cons:

Was given 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 coffee pods for 4 nights.

Went to the bathroom and ran out of toilet paper,
Room phone says to call reception/housekeeping and I get told to come down and collect the toilet paper. As you can imagine, I was not thrilled with this and had to send my partner to collect.
We were then told by reception oh would you like more coffee pods we only gave you 2. As we spent over $1000 Australian dollars, I was disappointed with this outcome.

Everything else was great but to not have something so simple delivered when I was on the toilet and in need of it is poor.
