Great location, great comfort, and great breakfast!
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was great with several options—waffles, breads, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, fresh fruits, and, of course, coffee and juices.

Cons:

Everything was very good. The only minor thing was that your room is serviced every other day.

Bom hotel
Pros:

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, o facto de ter cozinha também ajudou bastante durante a nossa estadia
O pequeno-almoço era básico/simples, mas razoável para os padrões americanos em estilo buffet mas com pratos/talheres/copos tudo em plástico (sim, é a realidade nos EUA....)
O hotel (quarto, corredor, receção) era limpo
Num dos dias fui visitar a piscina interior e o ginásio e achei-os bons, com uma boa área e bons equipamentos

Cons:

A localização poderia ser melhor... a estação de metro mais próxima do hotel ficava a cerca de 10/15min a pé e tínhamos de atravessar uma ponte, que verdade seja dita tinha sempre muito movimento, mas a verdade é que essa distância fez com que muitas vezes tivessemos de chamar um uber, principalmente em 2 dias em que choveu bastante. Pessoalmente prefiro ficar alojada em hóteis mais próximos de uma estação de metro...
Pequeno pormenor que as senhoras decerto entenderão: o chuveiro da casa de banho deveria ter um chuveirinho de mão e não apenas o que fica aparafusado ao teto
A limpeza dos quartos era feita dia sim dia não, honestamente não foi algo que me incomodou - precisei trocar 2 toalhas de um dia para o outro e a receção facilmente resolveu o meu pedido

Very nice convenient location, enjoyed pool for grandkids,
Pros:

Very close to everything we needed

Cons:

Some updates were needed. We are not fans of the sink facilities next to the bed. Expensive cost of overnight parking at hotel.

Pros:

The location was a perfect distance from all the places we were planning to go.

Cons:

Making parking arrangements that were reasonably priced elsewhere. No sheets or blankets for the second bed even though the reservation was for 4. No soap for the kitchen, the pool was TINY. The breakfast options were very limited and no one was manning it. Free forall of people shoving to grab things. And while the website advertises coffee and tea in the lobby that is restricted to breakfast. I have never been to a hotel that did not have coffee available through the day. And when I asked staff about local restaurants we could walk to the young man just said.." I don't know" he was pleasant enough just not very helpful.

Excellent 3-day stay
Pros:

Stayed here 3 days for a first time visit to Boston. Very clean and well maintained modern, quiet hotel. Breakfast had many options each morning, including hot dishes. All staff were friendly and courteous. It’s in a very safe area with wonderful Harbor views. We used valet parking for our rental car. We also used Uber for city excursions. Uber pick up and drop off is directly across the (quiet) street. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Charlestown is a short walk to north end. Quick Uber ride or walk to green lines that take you anywhere in B
