Love the location. Need to have both elevators operational during a busy weekend.
Pros:

Great location to TD Garden arena and local restaurant options.

Cons:

Frustrating that one of the elevators was out of service. This was the same experience as last year. A guest also vomited twice in the hall on the 2nd floor. It was cleaned quickly by staff but the lingering smell in the hallway was very unpleasant.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The laundry soap did not dissolve in washing machine. I thought hot coffee or hot beverages throughout the day in the lobby would have been nice.

Le prix pour une troisième personne devrait être beaucoup plus bas vu l’inconfort du canapé lit. Obligée de dormir par terre.

It was a great location and affordable for a family of five staying in the city, with free breakfast
Pros:

Waffles were great! Kids always enjoy making their own. Space was kept clean and neat even with surge of vacationers. Food options were more than adequate.
