Stay was good, billing details spoiled a bit of my fun
Pros:

Great location and price.

Cons:

Went through booking.com and paid for room at great price. But the hotel still charge my credit card used to hold the room full price while I was on a trip with a budget. They understood and said a refund would come 3-5 business later but I needed that money for our trip.

Boston trip
Pros:

The location was fantastic, close to our son who lives nearby.
Close to the North end and walkable to anywhere else - we look very wall Ng.
Breakfast was exceptionally good and breakfast team were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We had a room change from 4 to 6 which was better but we had issues with the safe and TV in our room - however our issues were acknowledged quickly and dealt with efficiently

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du TD garden.
La chambre est très grande avec une cuisine.
Lit confortable.
Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Dans la douche il n'y a que le pommeau en haut donc pas très pratique quand on ne veut pas se mouiller les cheveux.

We had a wonderful time, majority of staff was great, location was perfect. Would definitely come back again.
Pros:

It was a perfect location for us. Staff was wonderful with the exception of Valet. Rooms were ready early but when we arrived we were informed that Valet parking did not open until 4. He told us we could go park somewhere else down the road in a parking garage, which we did, but felt he was rude in the way he dealt with us.

A very good stay at a very good hotel.
Pros:

How quiet the rooms were and the room in the lobby. All very good. The room itself was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was only OK. The Turkey Sausage tasted like sawdust, might want to try a new supplier of them. But the rest of breakfast was excellent.
