Pros:

The room is really only suitable for one person, as the toilet and bathroom are separated by a noisy glass panel. I lost my European style plug mobile charger while using the plug; staff blamed voltage differences and wouldn’t lend a charger or provide a converter. There’s only one USB port, and it takes almost 24 hours to fully charge a phone.

Breakfast was minimal and not worth €20. The elevator was very slow, likely because one was broken, which was inconvenient on the 12th floor.

On the plus side, the room was clean, close to the station.

Pros:

Stayed for three nights. Would not recommend . Set up is like a youth hostel and the pillows are some of the worst I’ve ever had. Couldn’t sleep properly at all was like sleeping on bricks

Pros:

We stayed here for a weekend in August. We had seen some mixed reviews about the check-in procedure but it went very smoothly for us. The lady at the desk was very efficient and polite. We were given rooms on the 12th floor (top floor), and there was lift access. Despite there being 3 lifts in service, it seemed very busy and it would take some time for a lift to arrive.
Access to the rooms was via a passcode rather than electronic key, and this worked fine. The room we had was of a decent enough size and had lots of light from the windows. The bed was clean and comfortable. The lighting system was quite fancy with different moods and colors available and the access panels were handily placed by the door and by the bed.
The TV had Chromecast functionality, which was useful for watching films.
So far so good.

Negatives:
I don’t know whose bright idea it was for the opaque glass walls for the bathroom and separate toilet, but it wasn’t a good one. When you go to the toilet or shower there was no privacy at all, and coupled with no locks on either of the doors, it made for a weird situation.
The housekeeping comes only every 3 days apparently. We did not see them the whole time we were there.
Parking was on the expensive side, at 28 Euros per night, with only very limited space available and reservations required. There are several public parking facilities nearby for less than half the price.

All in all the hotel is decent and has good facilities.

Pros:

Hotel is opposite to the Antwerp train station. There are only 10 parking spaces that shared with the other hotel, make sure you have booked for a parking lot in advance or you will hv to park somewhere else at high cost. It’s new experience to enter the room using passcode instead of a key card.

Pros:

Great location! Pizza ovens and microwaves in the lobby were super handy, especially with many grocery stores nearby with affordable food options, for those who want to avoid high restaurant prices.

Our TV chromecast did not work and nobody at the hotel was able to fix it, which was disappointing. That said, the staff were polite and tried to help, within the scope of their abilities. Overall, an inconvenience, but the hotel was in a great location, especially as we were traveling by train (it’s across the street from the main train station). Would recommend to others.

Pros:

This is a bare-bones hotel, not worth the price I paid. I stayed here mainly because they have a laundry room and I am on a long trip in Europe, but it has one machne and there are 5 people in the queue.
As I was showering, I reslized the body wash and shampoo dispenser was empty.
I can hear too much noise from the hallway in my room...
I would not recommend it, but the staff is very nice and helpful and the location is near the train station if that is important,
