Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Bij aan komst bleek dat er 2 kamers voor 2 volwassen personen waren geboekt. We moesten daarom nog een 3de kamers bijnemen. Nochtans had ik via de bookingapp doorgeven dat we met 3 volwassenen en 2 tieners van 16 waren.

The hotel should provide a map of Amsterdam Noord with directions marked on it, including showing the way to the metro stations and where nearby restaurants are etc. This area does not show on City tourist maps
