Disappointing and frustrating

Some of the staff were very nice

Cons:

1) Awful communication. I contacted the hotel 3 times about my reservation. They never answered once. The only communication I received from them was to inform me my credit card was rejected (new card information had not been updated). 2) I asked reception what time they served dinner until. Was told 10pm. We arrived in the dining room at 9pm and was told that service was finished and no food available (there is nowhere that serves food close to this hotel. 3) Bed sheets were not changed and room not cleaned very well. Dirty cups not taken away etc

Als je muizen ziet voorbijlopen in de BAR dan is alles duidelijk gegegt!!!

Cons:

Zoals in regel 1 ,rondlopende muizen in de bar.
Betalende parking.Het ontbijt niet meer kunnen aanvullen (tekort aan voorraad) de sousijsjes en spek gebakken als een steen doordat de overshot de dag opnieuw wordt opgewarmt.een kapotte wc bril en frigo op de kamer vuile douche en in de hang vuile plateau met etensresten op de grond.Het personeel reageerd arrogant op onze klachten.
Kortweg sloop dat gebouw sluit deze locatie , gratis overnachten is zelfs geen aanrader.

Decepcionante em custo e comodidade.

Gostei apenas da cama.

Cons:

W.C.horrível,duche sai mínimo de água e demora aquecer.Vaso sanitário à correr agua a noite toda e vazamento de uma agua abaixo dele,onde o chão ficava molhado.
A iluminação do quarto é péssima,não tem uma luz central e apenas uma janelinha que da luz durante o dia.
E o barulho foi a madrugada toda de portas do corredor abrindo e fechando.
Muito caro e não tem nada a ver com a fotografia anunciada.
Também deveria ter na porta do quarto uma identificação se tem pessoa ainda no quarto,que foi as 10hs da manhã para não ter a senhora da limpeza batendo na porta para limpar.
Decepcionante pelo que paguei 2 estadias 180€

Ben eerder in hotels geweest was er een kleine magnetron voor opwarmen van eten. Daar niet en moest de hele avond in een koude kamer slapen.
