Le bar, le restaurant personnel ne connaissant pas la courtoisie et l’honnêteté de dire que le samedi soir, on n’aime plus trop cuisiner ! Ce qui ne nous aurait pas dérangeait, nous serions allés ailleurs… D’ailleurs, on ne sert plus de désert apparemment le samedi soir ; surprenant !
Cependant, la personne qui nous accueillie pour le séjour était très professionnelle.

Prima bed, enorme tv

Cons:

Wastafel is echt belachelijk onhandig, niet diep genoeg met een plank er vlak boven die ook nog eens tot halverwege de wastafel komt. Tandenpoetsen of wassen is echt super onhandig. Hotel heeft de policy om niet standaard schoon te maken bij een meerdaags verblijf en dat is prima, maar dan helpt het niet als de schoonmaakster vervolgens alsnog tot 3 keer toe hard op de deur gaat rammen om te vragen of je alsnog housekeeping nodig hebt.

Pros:

Per ongeluk het verkeerde hotel in Hoofddorp geboekt. Maar toch verassend en best goed bevallen. Vriendelijk personeel en mooi terras. Uitstekend ontbijt

Cons:

De ruimte in de badkamer. Vooral de wasbak met het plankje erboven.

Poor customer service (except from Wes). Hotel feels old, tired and not clean.

It was next door to a tennis club.

Cons:

It is too far from the airport. It did not have a kind or friendly staff. There was no coffee or food beyond paying for an expensive over-priced buffet breakfast that was no comparison to the one served at the IBis styles.
