op de kamers hoor je in de nacht de afzuiginstallatie. Ik had vorige keer een andere kamer en ook daar hoor je de afzuiginstallatie. Hoewel ik de rest ok vond vind ik dit wel een reden om een ander hotel te zoeken de volgende keer
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Either the owners have no idea who they’ve hired, or they simply don’t care about customer service at all. I could put names and describe the whole experience to make it simpler for them but I do not hang out people. I can even say that I got afraid of the situation.
Simply, worst hotel experience ever.
Smooth check in and superb service thanks to Irene. Also the bar service was great with Joey looking after us after a business dinner and late return to the hotel. Room compact but quiet and comfortable.

Ontbijt was niet echt bijzonder voor die prijs. Had wel iets meer verwacht.
KLM 遅延のため当日予約出来たこと。なんとか送迎バスを見つけて…ホテルから空港まで送迎していただいたこと…バーでビールが、飲めたことです。
チェックインの際、予約の件をフロントに伝えると名前が、漢字記載だったためパスポートと、相違あり中国人に、間違われて日本語の出来るオランダ人に通訳してもらい…宿泊する事が、出来ました。、水のつまりありシャワ-が、不便でした。…コーヒーメーカ-の、不具合あり、朝食時の皿の汚れが凄く気になりました。

De kamer was heel heet, er zaten bloedvlekken in de matras topper, er lagen kruimels naast het bed. Er was wel een koffiemachine, maar geen thee. Geen stopcontacten bij de nachtkastjes om makkelijk een telefoon op te laden.
