Malik was very nice and informative and provided a smooth and seamless check in. Thomás provided exceptional butler services and tended to our every need. The guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever had. Didn’t get a chance to try any of the restaurants but will definitely be back and will try! The hotel really focuses on providing quality for the price! Highly recommend!

I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives.
First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators.
Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.
The breakfast was disappointing. I enjoy a luxurious meal, but I still expect to be fed adequately. The portion size for the price we paid was simply a joke. The following morning, we had a decent breakfast at Totte for a fair price.

I wish the water was hotter, had to ask to have room cleaned after 1st day as housekeeping did not come. Very responsive though when inquiries made.
Butler service was excellent.
The hotels rooms are in a mixed use building. This is not a stand alone hotel. The elevators are crowded and dirty , the hallways noisy from the guests 9n the non-hotel owned restaurants in the building.
