Felt very confident this was going to be a real Mediterranean classic and it is absolutely top notch. A wonderful hotel in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

What a special hotel , from the moment we arrived we felt cosseted and welcome .
The grounds are beautifully maintained and the restaurants serve some of the best food we have ever tasted in a hotel restaurant.

Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tolles riesiges Zimmer. Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal

Cons:

Die Betten waren (für unseren Geschmack) etwas zu hart.
So schön es war, wir fanden es trotzdem überteuert, besonders die Restaurants.

An unforgettable and flawless stay at The Danai. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere had a beautiful mix of relaxing vibes and true luxury — elegant, peaceful, and stylish at the same time.

The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Cleanliness throughout the entire property was impeccable. The food was outstanding, and we had a truly special experience at the gourmet restaurant “The Squirrel”, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

I had also made a special request for a birthday surprise, and everything was arranged perfectly — a cake and champagne were brought to our room exactly at midnight. It was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made the evening unforgettable.

The Danai exceeded every expectation. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back.

A peaceful natural resort, ideal for a well-deserved break!
Pros:

A purely natural environment: sea views, pine trees, birds singing and nestling, wunderful gardens, soft colours in the interior of the rooms and in restaurant Anithos, a quiet beachfront with enough personal space, a relaxing lounge bar.

Pros:

Beautiful property, amazing staff, and breathtaking views—perfect for every age group. It’s high-end luxury but with a homely vibe, making you feel like part of the family right away. During my visit, I fell ill, and the staff went above and beyond, making me a special toddy drink with brandy, spices, and honey that cleared my sinuses.

The cabana suites offer a truly unique experience with electronic switches, a fan, and an assortment of drinks and a fruit platter delivered right to your cabana. Plus, since my husband and I don't eat beef or pork, the restaurant staff made a special lamb moussaka just for us, which was absolutely delicious.
