Art Suites Korai

El primer día que llegamos nos alojaron en una habitación, que no era la correspondiente ala que habíamos pagado. Era de categoría inferior, del otro hotel q ue ustedes tienen de categoría inferior el de Art hotel athens, y no el de Art suites korai, que ese era el nuestro.
Nos dijeron que no le s quedaba habitaciones disponibles, aunque yo ya la había pagado por Internet. Ala mañana siguiente bastante enfadado por lo sucedido. Volví a solicitar el cambio, y me dijeron que tenia que esperar por lo que la estaban limpiando ( la que se suponía que era mi habitación).
Porfín nos cambiaron de habitación, y nuevamente nos dimos cuenta que tampoco era nuestra habitación. Volví a reclamar y la chica de la habitación ( bastante antipática por cierto) ya tuvo que decirme la verdad, y que mi habitación, se la habían dado a otra persona.
Mi enfado aumento nuevamente, y ante mi insistencia me invito a irme, pero nada de devolverme el dinero, ya que había pagado por Internet. Una tomadura de pelo.Ya decidimos quedarnos en la habitación,por no amargarnos más las vacaciones. La televisión no funcionaba el teléfono tampoco y para colmo tuvimos unos vecinos ruidos , no nos dejaron dormir las noches. La zona del hotel, está plagada de heroinomanos.
En conclusión un desastre de hotel.

Das Personal war leider meist gelangweilt!
Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir gegen 14:00 Uhr einchecken können, es hieß man bemüht sich, das das funktioniert. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer um 16:15 Uhr beziehen. Also 1,25 Stunden nach dem offiziell angegebenen Check in.
Das Frühstück war nicht aufregend, 4 Tage exakt das gleiche Angebot. Die Säfte waren angerührtes Pulver (standen zum Teil über Nacht in nicht gekühltem Spender, im Frühstücksraum).
Der Kaffee war leider ungenießbar.
Im Griechischen Joghurt haben wir Porzellanscherben gefunden!
Das Internet im Hotelzimmer läuft leider nicht stabil.
Allgemein zur Wohngegend: da kann das Hotel nichts dafür! Nachts ab 22:00 Uhr hat Mutter mit Teenager-Tochter nicht das Gefühl sicher ins Hotel gehen zu können. Viele Junkies, Prostituierte und Obdachlose auf den umliegenden Straßen…
Ich würde nicht noch einmal in dieser Gegend und im Hotel Art Suites Korai Athen wohnen wollen.

I liked the property

No double bed. The first room I got had 4 beds and I’m alone, so I wanted space and not just beds…asked for a change and was really happy with the second room.
The only thing I would change in this hotel is add “do not disturb” sign on the door if you don’t want the house keeper to enter. There is no way of communicating this.

L’hôtel est en travaux … il n’y a même pas de parois de douche , il manque des poignets sur les portes…

The shower was horrible, we showered in our own dirty water as the plumbing was not working
The overhead shower doest work, we reported it and it wasn't fixed
The breakfast was okay the first day but the second day it was less options and a very rude and despicable staff was so racist he totally ignored me after beckoning to him he deliberately ignored me then came over to harass me about my room number, very disrespectful.

The neighborhood was really bad. I wouldn't leave my car parked there. A car down the street looked like it had an explosion, not 'just' burned down but an actual explosion.
The hotel is missing some details, it looked like a part was still under construction.
And the hotel is very noisy. The first night we almost didn't sleep because teenagers were banging on doors on our floor and a floor up, but the sound of that carries trough the whole hotel. The hallways have concrete floors and nothing on the walls to dampen those sounds.
We had a room with 3 beds, the 3rd bed's mattress was of poor quality.
There rooftop pool area has very few sun loungers, that whole rooftop could use some finishing touches and for sure more beds.

The bed was supposed to be a double but what they did was squish two singles together so it was very uncomfortable because of them coming apart during the night and also when they were as close as posible the ridge of the two beds was awful, we had to put a duvet on top and ofcourse that would move around during the night aswell.

Malgré tout sachez dans quoi vous vous embarquer en prenant cet hôtel. Il est très mal situé. Je ne le conseillerai pas à des femmes voyageant seules. Le quartier est malfamé et dangereux, même en étant avec un homme. Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, et elle était sale. Crachats de dentifrices dans le lavabo, traces de tartres dans la douche, cheveux dans la baignoire, peluches de poussière sur le sol... J'en ai parlé 2 fois au personnel d'accueuil mais rien n'a été changé, il y a même 2 jours sur mon séjour de 5 nuits où les lits n'ont pas été fait. Ce n'est pas normal pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles. Je n'ai pas eu de problèmes avec les punaises de lits comme mentionnés dans d'autres commentaires, mais pensez à les vérifier.

Widać w obiekcie upływ czasu, potrzebny byłby generalny remont. Okolica niezbyt ciekawa. Ale w czasie dnia nie jest niebezpieczna. Drzwi do pokoju do wymiany.

Todo bien

La propreté, l'accueil (personnel condescendant), piscine ridiculement petite, ne ressemble en rien aux photos.

L’établissement était sale, les piscines inutilisables avec des cheveux, des bestioles mortes, des mégots a l’intérieur (et quand on appel pour demander un nettoyage, ils mettent des produits chimiques et nous empêchent de nous baigner pendant 8h), le petit déjeuner est le meme tous les jours et les fruits sont pourries, les chambres sont pas fidèles aux photos.
Le personnel ne t’adresse pas la parole, on est arrivés a 1h du matin pour notre Check in, ON a du poser des questions sur le petit déjeuner … sur l’hôtel quoi (chose qu’eux doivent expliquer) il s’est contenté de nous donner nos clés et de nous pointer du doigts une direction.

Et ÉVITEZ À TOUT PRIX CE QUARTIER : pleins de crackhead, de prostitués. Ça sent la pisse, il y a des déchets partout, la moitié des bâtiments sont abandonnés.

Bref n’y allez pas.
