Un séjour dans un hôtel correct, mais pas si vous souhaitez une expérience "premium".
Pros:

L'hôtel est correct avec un personnel de qualité, que ce soit à l'accueil ou les équipes qui s'occupaient de l'intendance et de la restauration. Néanmoins, si vous cherchez un hôtel avec piscine, ce n'est pas le meilleur. Les piscines sont plus des pataugeoires que de véritables piscines.

Cons:

La location de l'hôtel n'est pas la plus sûre pour des familles ou des groupes de filles. Cela est dû à la présence de nombreuses personnes sous l'emprise de drogues ou de prostitués. Bien que l'hôtel soit proche du métro à pied et qu'il y ait plusieurs arrêts de bus, le soir, ce n'est pas un quartier agréable à arpenter. Il est fortement conseillé de prendre l'avenue principale en sortant du métro et éviter les petites rues adjacentes.

It was a nice stay if you’re on a budget but in an unsafe area.
Pros:

Nice modern renovations, high ceiling room, nice rooftop. Friendly service

Cons:

Unsafe area, wouldn’t recommend leaving the hotel after sundown.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel.
Pros:

J’ai séjourné cinq nuits dans cet hôtel à taille humaine, probablement tenu par une famille, et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. L’établissement est classé 4 étoiles, mais à un prix vraiment très abordable. Il ne faut évidemment pas s’attendre à un palace cinq étoiles , et ce serait irréaliste à ce tarif, mais justement, l’hôtel dépasse largement les attentes compte tenu du prix payé.

Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel : le ménage est fait chaque jour, toutes mes demandes ont été satisfaites avec gentillesse et efficacité, et lorsqu’un petit désagrément était possible, le personnel m’a spontanément offert une boisson pour patienter. Le service est attentionné, humain, sincère.

L’emplacement est central, à Omonia. C’est un quartier qui peut parfois dérouter, mais je me suis sentie totalement en sécurité. En tant que femme seule, je n’ai eu aucun souci pendant tout mon séjour. Et si l’on ne souhaite pas marcher la nuit, les taxis à Athènes sont très bon marché, et l’application FreeNow permet d’en commander un très facilement.

En résumé : ne venez pas ici en espérant le luxe d’un grand groupe international. Mais si vous cherchez un hôtel avec une âme, une vraie attention portée aux clients, et un confort tout à fait correct pour un budget raisonnable, c’est une excellente adresse. Je recommande sans hésiter.

L emplacement, quartier mal famé dommage car il est très proche du centre ville , nous avons dormi une seule nuit, on a préféré changer d hôtel et partir pour Plaka

Unfortunately, I would not recommend. First, it is not a 4-start hotel. Heavy mould all over the bathroom, stains on the walls, poor repaint works. Very poor quality towels (feeling of unwashed). Very poor quality bedlinen (with marks of poor washing / ironing). Cheap & old furniture. Lack of room insulation (thus a very noisy atmosphere).
Location is not ideal, one of the poorest areas of the city (beware of petty theft, knives attack etc at night).
The hotel staff was nevertheless polite and kind.

Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, είχε υγρασία στους τοίχους, δεν είχε ποτήρια, παντόφλες όπως έγραφε στο BOOKING και δεν είχε θέρμανση στο μπάνιο.. Δεν είχες σητες στο παράθυρο και το βρήκα ανοιχτό.. Τρομακτικό κατά τ άλλα καλά!!
