It’s close to the mall
packed parking lot
The room was spacious with good climate control. The waterpark was super fun. Hot tub and Exercise Room were good. Breakfast had much choice. Thank you.
It was clean.
Staff called me to ask for my credit card details, saying that if I didn't provide them I would lose the reservation since I had made it through Booking.com. I explained that I had already provided the details when I made the reservation on the app. They reiterated that if I didn't provide them I would lose the reservation, so I had to give them to them. That made me decide not to choose that hotel again. A bunch of kids were running around in the hallway until almost midnight I was on the second floor, above the reception, and I'm sure they could hear the noise, and nobody asked them not to disturb. I stayed two days, and it was the same.
We stayed here as I knew it was a comfortable hotel with a waterslide to the kids to enjoy over Spring break. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.
It is very busy, breakfast area could use more seating. Pool was very cloudy, probably overused and hard to balanced.
Always a good stay - thank you
Proximity to West Edmonton Mall, good value. The breakfast options are adequate and the kids (and dad) loved the waterslide. We've stayed here many times and will probably book again. Comfy beds.
This place is getting dated. The new tub surround/insert doesn't fit right exactly so the shower flexes as you're standing in it. But it does look fresh and clean. The breakfast is *almost* great but it's a zoo down there in the mornings, I am not sure if there is any way to streamline this so the waffle station isn't so crazy and such a bottleneck. (Maybe more machines but also a caretaker helping people with it to keep it going?) Lots of people don't know how to use it so it's messy and takes a long time, but I would hate to see them remove it.
Room wasn’t cleaned well- stuff left on the floor and hair in the sink. Got the room directly above the pool which was really loud.
The bed was comfortable.
It was not communicated that are large kid hockey group was staying there, as kids were running and playing hockey in the hallways. The smell of cigarette from the parents and how loud there were later in the evening while drinking in the hallways and common area prevented both my partner and I having a good sleep. This was my first venture out while under treatment for cancer and it was horrible. People should be notified is large bookings like this are happeneing so they have a choice, instead of being made to suffer and pay over 200 bucks for a horrible experience.
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was good, bed was super comfortable.
It was crazy busy but that’s good for business haha
The location was awesome for where I needed to go
The bed was very comfortable
The amenities were great , hotel was clean , great location
The bed was very uncomfortable
Good lots of room
I thought breakfast was somewhat limited.
It was noisy in the evening but I do understand there were sports teams there and they are hard to contain.
The pool was fun.
Hotel was very loud. I have kids and attended tournament weekends at hotels and the staff allowing kids to run through the hallways screaming late at night was ridiculous. I understand the parents should be doing more but still crazy to allow that.
Always staff around
