Pros:

La posizione formidabile, di fronte il punto di partenza dei traghetti per le isole. Atmosfera smooth, con arredi tipici di grande qualità. Camera accogliente, bagni nuovi, ma da architetto dico che bastavano pochi centimetri per rendere la seduta confortevole, poco spazio rispetto al lavabo. Spazi comuni di relax belli, uno con vista waterfront molto bello. Silenzioso, ma su via principale. Ristoranti e aperitivi sul waterfront a pochi metri. Personale gentile. Colazione ottima, pochi dolci forse, cosa che a me non dispiace, con ottima macchina per caffè.

Pleasant and cozy experience.
Pros:

Very cozy hotel. the breakfast was lovely. Good ambiance. The room, although very very small, had a balcony and was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the water. The location is phenomenal.

Cons:

The price feels exaggerated for what you get, but that+s just Stockholm, I guess. The TV channels did not work during the world cup.

Staff members were so accommodating,friendly and helpful .
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The food was wonderful. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone .

Pros:

There were quite a few of us staying and the staff was exceptional in taking care of us all. Corine (sp) was extremely helpful in suggesting local eateries and assisting with reservations and making sure our every need was met. The common areas were comfortable to gather for drinks. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. Location was great for the tram and ferries making it easy to go see the sites. All around a very pleasant accommodation.
