Room was big and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and had a great view. Also like the security factor that your key only allows you on your floor and cannot access other floors.
Only issue we had was that my mother is not as mobile and there was loads of walking which was a lot for her and possibly should have asked for a more accessible room.

Next door room was fighting and kept my kids and us up at 5am and hotel manager didn’t do nothing about our experience
Fully wheelchair accessible facility. Good in-house restaurant. Very good sound-proofing; which is a good thing with all the kid features. :)
I could have sworn that we had access to a breakfast, but this didn't seem to be the case when we asked the frontdesk. The $100 damage deposit was not mentioned when we checked-in. That would have been nice to know. We had to read up online about it afterwards.
Proximity to the airport. Bar staff was very friendly.
The first room I was given hadn’t been made up from the previous occupants. The second room was along a corridor where children were running up and down banging on each others doors and shouting at each other. The pool area was shut but this wasn’t advised at check in. It felt as if I was an inconvenience to the first member of staff on the desk.

Not enough coffee and cream for a coffee drinker like me. Would be nice to make it readily available in the store to sell.
Convenient to the airport and there was a quick shuttle.
