The smell in the hallways was terrible.
I wasn't impressed with the food/value in the restaurant.
We stayed two nights and asked on Saturday night if it was possible to get a 12:30pm check out on Sunday as I had a conference to go to and wouldn't be able to get back until 12:30pm to pick up my son's and check out. I was told it would absolutely be possible, but to check in the morning. When I checked in the morning for a 12:30pm check out, I was told that noon was fine, but they would charge me $65.00 if it was 12:30. :(
Always enjoy stay at Victoria Inn. Close to airport, love the restaurant. Staff friendly.
The pictures were deceiving of the rooms, they were pretty small, it wasn’t as cozy as we had anticipated. They double charged us, one charge the day of for the room and deposit which is normal, but then another charge 2 days later for the room again. Now instead of waiting for the deposit to be refunded we now have another room charge to wait and be refunded as well. Our room wasn’t the cleanest as well, the shower had what looked like mold, the bathroom sink also was not clean.
