No había calefacción. No fue una estadía placentera , no lo recomendamos
Pros:

La ubicación , cerca de la parada del metro y del Acropolis

Cons:

El edifico es viejo y no es bonito . La suite estaba cómoda pero no funcionaba la calefacción , pasamos frío . Lo reportamos al personal y costó demasiado que resolvieran pese a que estaba a 11 grados C . Insistieron en que el aire estaba programado en temperatura fría y que era la misma para todo el edificio , buscaron soluciones hasta que vieron que no éramos los únicos huéspedes congelados . No lo recomendamos , no fue una estadía placentera . El desayuno no es bueno

Nice room, but no security
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the bed was good and the shower was large with lots of hot water. The balcony was huge.

Cons:

The first night we arrived around 11pm. We checked in, and took our room keys. We walked to the suites which is a few minutes away from the main hotel building and when we opened our door, there was a family already asleep inside! We were shocked! We had to go all the way back with our things to the hotel to be given a new room. We walked all the way back to the suites to find out our new room key didn't work. We called the front desk extremely frustrated, and the receptionist came to us this time with a 3rd key, which finally worked. Once inside, we noticed there is no safety lock on the door. We tried locking the deadbolt, but it someone has a key to your room, the dead bolt opens automatically. We did not feel safe, as that meant people could come in whenever if the reception messes up and gives the wrong key again. We brought this up to the management and they refused to do anything about it. Their response was "What do you want us to do about it?" I spoke with multiple people throughout our stay. Finally on our last morning I mentioned I would submit a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism, and all of a sudden, they offered us one night's refund.

Excellent. I highly recommend
Pros:

Breakfast were excellent. Mix of different types of tasty foods, fresh vegetables and fruits. Large room, cleaned daily. Staff was very helpful.

Superbe suite
Pros:

Superbe suite conforme aux photos. Petit déjeuner varié et personnel très agréable. La localisation est parfaite pour aller aux sites principaux à pied.

Ubicacion,espacio,personal, comodidad camas

Cons:

Aseo necesita reforma, lo realizado es poco práctico, siempre encharcado y poco acogedor, hormigas y falta algún cubierto. Desayuno poco variado para 6 días, deberían pensar en cambiar un poco cada día.

Pros:

I can only recommend this place. Very kind staff! Nice breakfast ,rooms were well maintained and lovely neighborhood. It's not a luxury hotel but nothing is missing.
