Staff was so miserable. The front desk lady who checked us in should not be working with people. She was also rude to our friends who also stayed at the hotel. And was rude to us. No people skills

Overall our stay was nice. Somewhere I would stay again.
Pros:

Very easy check in and check out.
Very clean and friendly staff. They have a good size fridge in the room.

Cons:

There weren’t many accessible plugs. The only Ice machine was on the other side of the building.

The room stunk of smoke - hadn’t been aired out. And as we checked in late at night and the rooms face the outside we couldn’t air it.

We’ve stayed for many years and never had a problem and always enjoy it and like the breakfast!
Pros:

The bathroom and bed areas are immaculate and that’s most important to me

Cons:

Maybe could shampoo the carpets but I understand that’s not possible to do that often.
