The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Excellent location. Convenient parking.
Booked for two people...only one bar of soap and one packet of coffee. Overhead light in the bathroom...no cover...showed exposed wiring. Son's blanket had a cigarette burn hole! Peeling wallpaper...kind of shabby looking!

Once we arrived, for directed to a back room which we got lost in finding. To busy for reception to proudly give room directions. We just drive nearly 2hrs, tired and late at night. Just wanted to get to out room then key didn't open. Lay fire out and started it was batteries to key lock. Got us different room near lobby but at that point we just need our rest. Staff Should check rooms before guests get there. We did notify of our arrival time. Disappointed.

Location was great!
Room smelt very musty and was unable to get switched as it was full. Mold definitely in the ac unit. We left at 10:30 pm and did not stay as the smell was horrible and breathing in mold is not safe.
Hotel was great for the price we paid. Room was clean, hot tub was a great addition to the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Not a loud area. Breakfast was basic but it had the essentials and was enough for us. The rooms are outdated but they is a minor flaw. Still met our expectations. Staff was friendly, easy to find the room. Lots of parking. We stayed 1 night just my husband and I and we would go back!
Hallways had a bit of a funny smell
This motel was the best option for me when I wanted an inexpensive hotel after a concert at the casino. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. I've seen other reviews talking about how dated the motel is but one thing that customers need to understand is that this hotel isn't the Hilton. If you're looking for a hotel that's modern and perfect you'll have to pay more money for that. Everything in my room worked well and the room was very clean. The staff were lovely as well.
Candace (the front desk person) should be held accountable by management for creating a disappointing experience at the start of my beach trip weekend! For reference, Candace has blonde hair and appears to be in her 60s, which aligns with the description in other bad reviews all over Google and TripAdvisor of Hilton Inn & Suites!
Candace’s hostile behavior is appalling, especially coming from the first employee that customers encounter at the front desk after 5 PM. If I hadn’t already pre-paid online, I would have immediately left to go to the Hilton hotel a few miles away!
Candace’s bad attitude during check in, disrespectful demeanor, and condescending mocking tone is the reason I recommend everyone to go to choose another place to stay when traveling!
There are many reviews all over Google and TripAdvisor referencing her, so clearly, this is a pattern of Candace’s behavior, inflicting negative experiences. I recommend everyone take your money and business elsewhere. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy for our patronage.

Staff was so miserable. The front desk lady who checked us in should not be working with people. She was also rude to our friends who also stayed at the hotel. And was rude to us. No people skills
