Very good, I rested very well.
Pros:

Clean, firm mattress

Cons:

The bathroom sink's water goes down the pipe slowly. I think the toilet paper contributes to clogging the pipe.

THE WORST PLACE TO STAY

I arrived to the hotel late that night, I was just finished to work, I tried to check in and the person at the desk got very RUDE with me, he started asking me that I was local and what kind of job I do, he had inappropriate manners trough the end, after checking his computer, he couldn't find my reservation,he ended up trying to find me a room but because was after 11pm, his computer was locked or he didn't know how to use it. At the end, he raised his voice and harassed me and kicked me out the door, I ended booking same where else.

Very good place to stay at.
Pros:

These were the best beds I've slept in since I can remember. I've been all over the world and that was the pleasant surprise here. The AC is under the counter in the bathroom area and needs to be properly directed to cool the room because it pulls the cold air back out. Other then that, the staff and manager were really nice. Very good experience staying here and will keep this place on my short list in SLO. Also, lot's of good places to eat near buy, that you can walk to.

Nothing I was pissed at the end of my stay the house keeper took my remote .. when I first arrive went to work got off at 10pm the key card didn’t work .. the old man had an additude and was like you need to keep it away from magnets .. soon to find out it wasn’t even me the door just needed to be recalibrated

No breakfast is served here.

Cons:

We went back for the second time. The location was close to the freeway. We had leave because he put us in a handicap room. That shoukd be used for someone who needs it.so we canceled.
