Wouldn't rebook
Cons:

The sink was plugged, the towels were so tough they could start a fire, the wall HVAC unit was broken so they had a plug in unit that was loud as hell. The beds weren't comfortable. For the price of the room I was extremely disappointed.

Pros:

It was the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable and smelled so nice. the small details were what make it above all other hotel s like the koi pond that goes under a bridge. you dont ever see that at hotels. And a pool table and the king and queen throne chairs. Whenever i go to florida in the future this will be the hotel i stay in

Over priced underwhelmed
Pros:

Most of the staff was nice.

Cons:

Had to have room switched do to roaches at 11pm. Had 2 rooms with a family of 5 between the 2 rooms and ended up being on different floors. Was also not the room displayed in the pictures. Refrigerator hardly worked. Pillows were folded up sheets. Holes in the walls and paint chipped everywhere. With stage 4 cancer and my medical cannabis card i was told I couldnt smoke in my car I had to leave the property.

Won’t be back
Pros:

There was no breakfast so no thoughts there.

Cons:

Only one working elevator. Constant construction around pool made it difficult to enjoy. Not enough loungers and chairs around pool & what was there most were broken. Inconsistent on room cleaning. Our rooms were never cleaned after Thursday & we had to hunt for clean towels.

Cockroaches in the room!!!
Pros:

Close to the beach. Staff at the restaurant.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room. Night shift didn’t want to help with that. After complaining in the morning I was left with e-mail address they didn’t even bother to answer.
