It was well lit 🔥 at night . Easy access to the beach. The staff was very friendly. We had a private dj it was fun.

Cons:

They had roaches bad and there was hair in the bathroom when we first got there . Had to change rooms.

Actually nothing it can be better it can use updates and a better smell

Cons:

the room smelled moldy the view was not what i requested and paid for i wanted ocean view i got a room right above the restaurant ceiling which was completely dirty. I also did not like or felt secure with only one old elevatorfor all of us to use with how pack that hotel was.

Cons:

-Sliding door to deck wouldn't open- broken.
-Room phones not working
-Fan in bathroom not working
-1st night I ordered food, server went to check on it and apparently the kitchen staff closed up and left at 7:30 on a Thursday
-the outdoor tiki bar by the ocean doesn't exist
-Finally had a few extra charges on my card that we resolved at check out.

Will not go back.
Pros:

The rooms were pretty clean, the pool, restaurant and location was nice.

Cons:

The staff was rude, pretty much didn't care about the customer, like we were a bother. the door key entry didn't work had to wait in the hallway for over a half hour with our bags, the air conditioning didn't work (moved us to another room a floor away from our kids room). in the one room, the shower head was broken, and no hot water ( very luke warm). On top of it all, theres an $8 parking fee per night! All and all very disappointing.

Patience Matters

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for Collin and Lorena. She made sure handled everything as best she could. 0

Cons:

Upon arrival I was told my reservation couldn't be found. After having to contact Booking.com on my own to try and rectify the situation, the reservation was found but still stated I owed a balance. And then I booked rooms with an ocean view and that is not what I got with my reservation. Since arriving, I've received several different notifications that Vest Western is trying to charge me an additional $372. When checking out today, the lady at the front didn't know why that would be happening. The specifics of the hotel are very misleading.
