Une énorme déception!!!!!!!!
Pros:

La propreté de la chambre ce qui parait évident pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, pour le reste, tout était décevant.

Cons:

L'emplacement sans aucune vue, la rue étant particulièrement étroite avec un immeuble juste en face.
Les travaux dans la rue devant l'hôtel = bruit dès 8 heures du matin et détour pour accéder à l'hôtel;
Hôtel très froid, sans aucune convivialité : Pas de bar ou petit salon ou espace pour prendre un pot.
Petit déjeuner déplorable (20 € par personne). Comme nous ne l'avions pas commandé la veille (personne ne nous ayant prévenu!), ce fut une catastrophe! Attente d'environ 20 minutes avant d'avoir un café, Pain sans beurre ni confiture, un oeuf dur bouillant impossible à écaler, pour le reste, il fallait réclamer sans cesse, pour un 5 étoiles avec restaurant étoilé, c'est inadmissible. Nous avons donc pris nos petit-déjeuners ailleurs les autres jours. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial pour le prix des 2 petit-déjeuners (40€), mais l'hôtel a refusé.
Présence du restaurant dans le hall de l'hôtel autour duquel sont installées les chambres, le soir nous entendions les discussions des convives dans la chambre.
Cet hôtel se veut "branché" par sa décoration, mais il a un problème de conception. Il ne mérite vraiment pas ses 5 étoiles.

Not we expected
Pros:

Good location, kitchen personnel and night hours personnel very good.

Cons:

The room was outside the main hotel, they offered another room in the hotel and the room had a moldy smell. The last morning we saw a big cockroach that we had to kill.

Il giorno 1 gennaio non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione per mezz’ora di ritardo quando avevano fatto casino con musica fino alle 00.30 e sistemato la sala fino alle 2 (udibile dalla camera essendoci affacciata sopra). Ci saremo aspettati un po’ di flessibilità
