Would not stay here again. Think we had been given the smallest duplex in the place.
Pros:

The location and explanation of how the parking works. This all works well.

Cons:

The duplex room was so small. I banged my head getting out of bed in the night. The TV’s didn’t work. The downstairs felt like a corridor. The bathroom was tight. There was literally no space - it was claustrophobic.

Cafe da manhã muito bom, pago à parte. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto confortável. Os funcionários carregaram as malas para cima das escadas do acesso por escadas.

Cons:

O quarto na verdade é um Airbnb anexo ao hotel. Faltou água no último dia, por mais de 6 horas. O acesso é por escadas.

Hôtel 5 étoiles décevant, malgré un très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour visiter les lieux culturels d’Ortigia, manger dans les différents restaurants et accéder à la plage.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre est inexistante. Nous entendions le personnel s’activer tôt le matin et jusqu’à très tard le soir, nous empêchant de nous reposer correctement, ainsi que les clients de l’hôtel et du restaurant qui utilisaient les toilettes.
Il y avaient également des fauteuils avec des cendriers installés juste devant la porte de notre chambre, générant régulièrement du bruit et nous entendions les conversations comme si les personnes étaient avec nous dans la chambre.

Aussi, une partie du personnel ne nous a pas fait sentir à notre place dans cet hôtel et les produits d’hygiène dans la chambre n’était pas remis en stock. Nous avons dû en demander à la réception.

Enfin, il y avait peu de fenêtre s’ouvrant dans notre chambre et elles avait un film opaque empêchant la lumière naturelle de rentrer dans la chambre. De fait, il y avait une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité dans la chambre. Il y avait d’ailleurs de la peinture qui cloque aux murs.

Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Falta insonorización en las habitaciones

Bien situado y bonito

Cons:

Se escucha absolutamente TODO de las habitaciones o la casa de al lado. Apenas pudimos dormir por el ruido de la televisión de al lado, se oye hasta los ruidos que hacían en el cuarto de baño y cuando entraban y salían de la habitación Además el agua de la ducha sale tibia en vez de caliente

Una gran decepción
Pros:

Tiene diseño moderno. El formato duplex a nosotros nos va.

Cons:

El funcionamiento es de un restaurante en PB que encima tiene unas habitaciones que dan todas a una zona central. El ruido de platos, cubiertos y comensales, el olor a comida es permanente. El jueves 8/10 hasta las 23:45pm hubo una cena de +20 personas, el ruido y el griterío no dejaban descansar en las habitaciones. Hemos viajado mucho pero esto es insólito e inaceptable. También había un generador de electricidad ruidoso. El personal de día casi no se relaciona con los huéspedes.

El diseño no compensa la falta de confort
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, un diseño moderno y una decoración muy cuidada. Los espacios son estéticamente agradables y se nota una especial atención a los detalles.

Cons:

El principal problema es la pésima insonorización. En el espacio central del hotel funciona un restaurante con estrella Michelin y, durante la cena, el ruido que llega a las habitaciones resulta insoportable. Además, se escucha prácticamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas.

Otro inconveniente es la distribución de las habitaciones en dúplex. En mi caso, el dormitorio estaba en la planta superior, con un techo tan bajo que, midiendo 1,70 me golpeé la cabeza varias veces.

El desayuno caro. 20 euros pero si decides no comer nada dentro de lo que está en el bufete sino una Omelette por ej son 15 euros más. No tienes opcion de pedir a la carta.
