Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Pulizia pessima e solo se richiesta. Asciugamani insufficienti( per 3 ma noi eravamo in 4) nonostante la richiesta. Camera piccola e soffocante. Colazione assolutamente pessima e i posti a sedere per la colazione non sufficienti per tutti, cosa inammissibile.

Property was good. Got the room with the patio. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Clean, friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was clean and maintained. Room and bathroom was clean. Great water pressure and water in shower was nice and hot which my wife and daughter loved.
Great value. Smaller hotel and you enter your room from the outside. So no going into an elevator or long walks to the room. Parking was free and not a problem at all.

Cons:

The only thing is I recommend maybe get an upstairs room because downstairs you can hear the people above walking and stomping all day especially early morning and moving stuff around. Pretty thin ceiling. But downstairs was nice with the patio and easy access to the pool. Breakfast was ok. Don’t expect too much. Had small containers with eggs, bacon and potatoes. I understand because there is not too much room to have a big breakfast area. but it was nice to at least have something and they kept it refilled as much as they could.

Great Stay
Pros:

I was searching for accommodations near Long Beach to attend a family event. I always heck the reviews. The reviews on Best Western Inn in Westminster were on point. The Staff was so accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed, clean, and inviting. It is also very centralized to many theme parks. There is also plenty of food venues surrounding the Inn. Great location and great Inn. I have always had great experiences staying at Best Western. This particular one exceeded my expectations. We will definitely rebook.

Great Stay
Pros:

Exceptional stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. You cannot go wrong when staying at a Best Western facility. We will definitely be booking this hotel when we come back to Long Beach.

Staff nice attitude, breakfast ok.

Cons:

The room, first tze room given ti us was totally unclean. Then good she changed another room to us, but there's bad smell first stepped into until we turn on air con for a quite while, and no shampoo/condutioner/body cleaner.

Overall, it was a fine room but upgrades in rooms and cleaning would go a long way.
Pros:

The coffee was good, but the rest of the breakfast wasn't very appetizing.

Cons:

Breakfast and overall room quality was lacking. The room was dirty with walls that has liquid stains that looked like they could have been cleaned easily from spilled liquids near the trash cans. The water temperatures would randomly change for a couple seconds to either freezing cold or scorching hot. The beds were worn out and curved into the center of the bed.

Cons:

Never came to clean room for the entire stay. 4 nights. Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Showers were either too hot or ice cold. a/c not working properly. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Had to empty out our own trash. There was a queen size mattress left in the parking lot. Requested to speak to the manager and front desk said that management would call us and they never did. Picture on your site is misleading for this property. What is shown is not what you get. Rating on your site show that this hotel is rated 4.5 when it should only be a 2. Very disappointing!!!
