Pros:

Breakfast is very basic, just waffle, coffee and some other stuff.
Location is great! 5 mins walking distance to shopping mall and Ningman One.
Staff are very nice and helpful.
The bedding is dry and clean, and the hot water is strong and plentiful.

Cons:

Like living in a container in the woods, the damp smell is quite noticeable. The soundproofing isn't great—you can hear noise from neighbors on all sides. The curtains don't block light, so the room gets very bright in the morning. There are only two pillows, both quite high. If you don't mind sacrificing some comfort for the country-style, nature-immersed experience, it's still a decent choice.

Nice stay!
Pros:

It’s in a nice area of Nimman! Great eating spots around! I loved the jungle which makes you feel like you are somewhere out of the city. good internet and coworking space.

Cons:

As it is in the nature there are many insects and the rooster crows very early in the morning, sometimes in the middle of the night.

非常滿意房間的落地窗，雖然這次碰到泰國雨季，但看出去綠油油的還是讓人心情很好，水溫夠熱且不會忽冷忽熱，每天房間都清掃的很乾淨，服務人員也很親切，房源位於寧曼區，到哪都蠻方便的，周圍也很多很棒的咖啡廳及餐廳都是走路就能抵達。

非常滿意房間的落地窗，雖然這次碰到泰國雨季，但看出去綠油油的還是讓人心情很好，水溫夠熱且不會忽冷忽熱。

Cons:

可是因為雨季的關係，所以房間比較潮濕，但冷氣開除濕功能有稍微得到改善。

Fijne locatie in Nimman, direct naast One Nimman! En toch een vrij rustige plek. Heerlijke unit en ook de tuin is fijn om in te vertoeven, evenals in de lounge.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De waterdruk van de douche, maar ach het was evengoed okay.
En met zelf meegenomen fruit en yoghurt was het ontbijt prima.

Lovely location, nice staff but bathroom did not feel clean due to mould on curtains.
Pros:

The staff were gorgeous and very kind, nice breakfast offered in the morning and a really cute outdoor area with chickens!

Cons:

Unfortunately because of the room design, the bathroom curtains had mould on them, and the room often felt humid and damp. If the cleanliness was improved this would have been a great stay!

Brilliant place. Would recommend, if you can overlook the negatives

Came back in the evening to find a lot ants in the room and bathroom.

A rooster woke us up at 3am banging on the door. My girlfriend thought someone was breaking in. Wasn’t the best night of sleep
