Hotel hell...
Pros:

The manager, understanding just how terrible the experience was, didn't charge us for the 2 nights we were there, and refunded the entire amount

Cons:

Condition of the room was the worst I have ever been in. Period. Dark, dingy, flaking tub, barely enough lighting, chunks out of the plaster.

Web site advertised a buffet and it was only a basic continental breakfast that was closed and hour before advertised.

No heat in the room. Was told the maintenance man would be there at 8:30pm. Got there after 9 and he said nothing could be done till the morning. They had us move to another room upstairs (after already unpacking) which had the fire alarm beeping.

Had an associate coming to stay in another room but I wouldn't do that to anyone. Hate to say but there is more.

The room was filthy and not cleaned. There was hair on the beds. The surfaces had not been cleaned with smudges. There was blood on the wall. All the furniture had stains on it. The shower was missing a screen on the window and the soaps were not refilled.

The hotel's location is a definite plus, and the rooms are spacious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel significantly detracts from the overall experience.

Cons:

A major inconvenience is the room cleaning service. Guests must inform the reception 24 hours in advance for a room cleaning. Even after requesting service, the cleaning quality is poor. Towels are never replaced, and they often have a foul smell from the start.

Throughout my 12-day stay, the towels remained unchanged, and there was no hand soap provided. I had to use shampoo to wash my hands. When the staff did empty the trash, they didn't replace the bag. Surfaces were never wiped down, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Considering the high season rate of $120 per night, the service received was disappointing. If you plan to stay here, bring your own towels and be prepared for subpar cleanliness.

Das Bett war komfortabel, Zimmer gross. Parkähnliche Anlage aussenrum gepflegt, genug Parkplätze.

Cons:

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum waren ein Witz. Sehr kahl und rudimentär. Frühstück bestand aus Kaffee, Tee oder heissem Wasser, süssen Teilchen oder Bagels, Toast, selten Joghurt, noch seltener Wasser oder Orangensaft im Kühlschrank. Im Vergleich zu von vor drei Jahren, als das Hotel noch ein Best Western war, ein steiler Abstieg.
Zimmer wurde in den 7 Tagen nur einmal und nur auf Anfrage gesäubert.
