Pros:

Its proximity to the airport causing less hassle coming to and from the city

Cons:

It’s been nearly 20 days and still the amount to be paid back isn’t credited to my account. I have another amount pending from them since last 3 years with dozens of reminders sent but no replies come. The staff at the reception isn’t empowered to make any decision. Once my soon lost a tooth while sleeping leading to a slide bleed and they made me pay for the entire bed sheet set.

a very lovely recommendable place but with room for improvement.
Pros:

very friendly staff, locations very fast to go out and about - i had an amazing stay!

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated, guy coming at 3 am right after checkin to remove your minibar for whatever reason. beer is very overpriced.

Pros:

We stayed here for our wedding night, and the staff kindly arranged a lovely room decoration for an additional cost, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathtub wasn’t functioning and the sink was initially clogged, the staff responded immediately and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They were very cooperative and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was decent, and while we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were quite busy, the overall experience was pleasant.

Great stay after a long journey.
Pros:

1) Very close proximity to Lahore airport after a long journey, it was convenient.
2) The Airport shuttle service was very satisfying especially after a long journey.
3) The hotel has a safe environment with security outside.
4) Buffet breakfast had lots of options to choose from.
5) TV and A.C were working well throughout my stay.
6) Modern spacious rooms and aesthetically pleasing looking hotel corridors.
7) I was grateful for the complimentary water bottles.
8) Staff very friendly.

1) A bit away from the city centre ie M M Alam road etc
