Volendam ist immer eine Reise wert. Aber nicht in diesem Hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich ist gut bis seh gut.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht, die auch bestätigt wurden.
Während der Anreise wurde ich vom Hotel informiert, dass ein gebuchtes Zimmer (die Suite) nicht zur verfügung steht.
Das hat die Laune schon etwas gedämpft. Im Hotel hat man uns ein alternatives Doppelzimmer mit Zusatzliege angeboten.
Das ar zur Not ok.
Das Frühstück war amersten noch relativ Vollständig, aber am 2. Tag gab es z B.kein Bacon . Es fehlten auch weitere Dinge, die am Vortag noch vorhanden waren.
Der Service an der Rezeption war unterirdisch. Kein Hinweis auf die Lage der beiden Zimmer. Eins im Erdgeschoß eins in der 3. Etage. Wir wurden nach unserer Buchung gefragt und ob wir bereits gezahlt hätten. Am Tag zuvor hat uns das Hotel die Buchung und den Zahlungseingang aber schon bestätigt gehabt. Diese Bestätigung lag der Rezeption aber nicht vor. Wie bitte?
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer entsprach auch nicht den Angaben. So warauch kein Föhn (trotz Auflistung) vorhanden. In den Zimmern und im Bad gab es überhaupt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das sollte in solchen Hotels eigentlich zum Standard gehören.
Wir haben auch den Hotelparkplatz gebucht. Bei der Abreise haben wir festgestellt, das andere Hotelgäste bei der Abreise wohl einige Kratzer an meinem Wagen hinterlassen hatten ohne sich zu melden. Dies mache ich dem Hotel aber nicht auch zum Vorwurf.

Bijzonder hotel op een toplocatie.
Pros:

Een geweldige locatie. Recht aan het water en midden in Volendam.
Het ontbijt was netjes en dat waren de kamers ook. Heel fijn bed en dekbed en een mooie nieuwe douche.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Ik kreeg zelfs een upgrade bij aankomst naar een kamer met uitzicht op het water.

Ik had er meer van verwacht voor het betaalde bedrag.
Pros:

De ligging was erg centraal.

Cons:

Ik had bij het boeken om twee kamers naast elkaar gevraagd. Dit was echter niet gelukt.
De ramen van de kamer konden niet open waardoor de kamer benauwd aan deed voelen.
