Eigener Fitnessbereich, gute Lage. Uriges Ambiente. Gute Bussanbindung nach Amsterdam.

Unaufmerksamkeit des Personal. Zwei Zimmer als Familie, die zwei Stockwerke weit auseinanderlagen, Veranstaltungen an denen man direkt im Bademantel zum Schwimm- und Fitnessbereich vorbei musste.

Le personnel est anti commercial, voire désagréable.
L'hôtel n'est pas du tout kids friendly
Le petit déjeuner n'est du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles: très peu de choix de nourriture et le pain industriel, pas de chocolat à boire (alors que la machine propose en moins 20 sortes de boissons chaudes)

Misleading photos online. The wooden restaurant isn’t operational.

Location is good room was clean.

Cons:

The restaurant only does buffets for large groups, no regular dining. All the cute photos of the wooden restaurant you see are misleading. That restaurant sits empty it’s just a hallway.

Good location, friendly receptionist, good parking but parts of this hotel have seen better days.
Pros:

Excellent location and plenty of car parking spaces which is important when driving into Volendam

Cons:

Room 20 must be the worst room in the hotel and if it isn’t I would not wish to see the worst. It is small, dark and the windows, which were really dirty, open straight out onto a brick wall

Un desastre y una estafa.

Que esta cerca del mar y el centro.

Cons:

Que la habitacion es una cueva. Sin vista, sin caja de seguridad, sin frigobar. El inodoro perdiendo. Y sin atencion al cliente. Todo sobrevendido y sin solucion. Pague casi 450 dolares x una habitacion de cuarta. Nada de lo que ofrecieron, lo dieron. Pésimo servicio.

hotel de charme, situé idealement, avec une literie tres confortable.

Cons:

le petit dejeuner n'est pas exceptionnel (pas de quoi faire des toast ou de chocolat à tartiner par exemple), et une machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas tres bien ( j'ai souhaité un café au lait et j'ai eu un café noir. la dame devant moi en a fait 5 avant d'avoir le bon).

Een heerlijk hotel, gelegen in een regio waar veel te beleven valt!
Pros:

Op een prachtige plek aan het IJsselmeer is het hotel gelegen. Het uitzicht vanuit sommige kamers is dan ook fantastisch. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, de sfeer is gezellig. De schilderijen in het hotel zijn de moeite waard! De bedden zijn prima. De badkamer is wat smal, maar erg netjes. De regio is de moeite waard: met de boot naar Marken, of een bezoek aan de historische stadjes Edam of Monnickendam of het mooie dorp Broek in Waterland is echt een aanrader. Je kunt daar ook prima naar toe fietsen!

Cons:

Parkeren is moeilijker. En om je koffers bij het hotel af te zetten is helemaal lastig omdat je over de drukke Dijk moet rijden waar het vol toeristen loopt. Verder zouden ze ook vroeg in het jaar de balkons moeten proper maken. Het uitzicht op sigarettenpeuken is niet zo tof.
