Good value for money, the service from the guys at the lobby is outstanding, they will help you with anything you need and aleays with a smile

The state of the room was totally different from the photos, and the bathroom was broken down and almost unusable! Staff extremely rude and not helpful at all. Please don't stay here ever.

The view of the roman theater from the room was truly amazing but the rooms were in poor condition an in huge need of fixing up. It was nice to have breakfast included and the room price was great.

Desde que llegamos a la recepción nos encontramos con diez bolsas de basura que ni siquiera podíamos abrir la puerta del elevador, nadie nos recibió ni nos ayudó a sacar las maletas el edificio sucio los pasillos horribles y en los dos días ni siquiera nos entraron a poner papel. Con todo esto ni que decir del desayuno no nos arriesgamos.

Este hotel tiene unas vistas perfectas al teatro. Para mí la ubicación es excelente! El hotel está viejo, no esperes habitaciones de lujo pero si vistas perfectas! El destino un poco pobre pero Joma, el chico de recepción fue un 10! Super amable y de mucha ayuda!!

There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things.
But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!

Tiene excelente ubicación para visitar los lugares turísticos, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero compensar con el buen servicio y en especial la atención de Juma quien nos ayudó con indicaciones que fueron muy útiles,hizo un check inn early y hasta nos empacó el desayuno para llevar, totalmente recomendado

The pictures and the property do not match. I’m not one that bothers seeking out 5* hotels, but I at least expect my room to look like the picture. It did not. And on top of that, they “upgraded” us…. Which was definitely worse than the picture. I should have complained, but at least it was cheap and I don’t go on vacations to stay at hotels. They rest of the trip was absolutely amazing!
