Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorization:
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Fab 3 days, would recommend hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect...All staff were so polite, cheerful and so helpful..Breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice..We only had one dinner in hotel, roast beef which was fab.

Great Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The location is perfect for access to restaurants and all the sights in this area. We appreciated help from the front desk for all our questions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel. Our room felt private and quiet. We appreciated the curtains that made the room dark (helpful for sleeping). Beds were comfortable. There is no onsite parking, but there are options nearby. We would stay here again.

Excellent service and meals
Pros:

The best service we have ever experienced, at a table for seven people for dinner tonight. Brendan was just brilliant, along with all other staff we encountered. Meals and drinks were brought out promptly, and the table service was outstanding. All of the meals were very good. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay!
Pros:

We loved staying at the International Hotel in Killarney.
The hotel was very opulent, with helpful friendly staff and amazing service. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and various places to sit and chat around the lobby and reception area.

Cons:

The aircon didn’t seem to cool the room, had it set at 19° but still felt quite warm. Some bottled water in the room would have been great.

Great location and beautiful property
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly.

The location was perfect. Tons of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Right across the street was a horse carriage that was well worth the tour. It was about 50 minutes long and was very nice.

No on sight parking but there was a car park (parking garage) within a few minutes walk

Breakfast was great
