Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorization:
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great hotel and excellent location
Pros:

Stayed with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Hotel rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and loved that it was served to you.

Amazing hotel experience.
Pros:

I stayed here in december with my brother and it was about the best hotel experience i have ever had. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful.Our room was very spacious and spotless.The food was really top class in the dining room and also the bar.There are plenty of areas throughout the hotel to just sit and relax and read etc.I found the staff in all areas of the hotel amazing,extremely friendly ,helpful and obviously take pride in their various roles.The bar area is lovely and cosy and no waiting to be served,the toilets throughout are spotlessly maintained as is the rest of the hotel.The location is very central and is in a nice quiet area.I look forward to returning to the international and would definitely recommend

Excellent location - Would definitely return
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful, and being in the middle of everything was especially helpful to complete our itinerary. Excellent cafe, food, and bar, wonderful staff who were intuitive and kind, very comfortable beds, well-placed outlets throughout the room, and functioning windows were some of the most helpful features to us.
Walking to any shop, cafe, jaunt car meetup, pub, or restaurant was a breeze and very safe. I can see us returning here easily.

Cons:

While not necessary during our stay there because of the weather and functional windows, and while the hotel does offer some rooms with A/C, I can see not having it in ever room as problematic during the summer.

Competively priced property in an ideal location fo a great night away and an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel was ideally located with lovely rooms. Staff were very friendly - will definitely be returning.

Cons:

The only downside was no parking faculties, but directed to public car park not far from the hotel.

Absolutely stunning
Pros:

Not one complaint about the hotel . The two ladies at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer . All staff were so lovely and kinda . Room was absolutely spot less . Jacuzzi was absolutely fabulous . Was a 10/10 stay and definitely will be back again and make it a regular spot

Beautiful stay from start to finish
Pros:

This was our first time staying in the International. It was fabulous. It had everything we wanted for a night away on our own without children. Everything from the most comfortable beds, the beautiful bed linen, the warm rooms and hallways, most delicious evening meal, excellent warm breakfast table served in minutes and very friendly and helpful staff. The gentlemen serving in the restaurant were well suited for their jobs and a pleasure to deal with. A beautiful night away from start to finish. Thank you

Great stay,as always!
Pros:

love everything about this hotel!--yes,its got an"Olde worlde" feeling ,but thats part of its charm--the excellent location,endlessly cheerful/helpful staff--always particularly friendly at Reception ,which makes for a good start!,-and the Top Notch breakfast,served propmptly--nothing is too much trouble ----cant decide whether to have the Fresh fruit,or the cereal??-thats no problem to the Waitress--"have both",was the cheery response!

Excellent location
Pros:

Had an amazing trip to Killarney with a wonderful stay in the International Hotel. The hotel is in a great location central to the town and amenities,.The rooms were warm cosy and spotless all the staff are so friendly and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.
