Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorization:
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

We had an amazing experience. The hotel is great, location is perfect. The food in the restaurant was beautiful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back again for sure.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, the staff are very helpful, welcoming and warm, food was lovely
Location was great, right in the centre of the town.

Gripes
Pros:

Hotel its self was lovely, very disappointed with our room, it was not cleaned or bed made towels not changed and when we reported this out we were informed that housekeeping finished at 4.30pm. We spoke to the manager who in fairness got it sorted for us.

Another thing one of our party only drinks Expresso coffee and had to pay €4.50 for it, that is shocking .
Will we return again that remains to be seeing

Excellent 4 Night Stay at the International Hotel KillarneyGreat
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, and VERY comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the bar most nights, as well. Great food and attentive staff! Highly recommend a stay at the International Hotel!

Incredible service & food
Pros:

We had an absolutely incredible meal at Hannigan’s Restaurant!

Dining as a family, the entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. JT looked after us so well his service was outstanding, attentive and he made us feel completely at ease. We also had great chats with him, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The food was simply exceptional, easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour.

A truly memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return!
