Excellent location and room.
Pros:

The hotel is right by the opera house, close to the center of town. Had restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful room, not the typical closet sized European hotel room.

何と言っても国立歌劇場に近く、便利で快適でした。

Cons:

フロントのスタッフさんで、フレンドリーな人もいたけど、無愛想でスタッフがおしゃべりしていて挨拶してくれなかった人もいました。

Great place to stay to visit Vienna city centre
Pros:

Lovely large room.
Balcony at the front with partial views towards the Opera house and the Hapsburg Palace.
Fantastic location for exploring the City Centre.
Lovely, helpful staff.
Great shower and big bath tub.
Huge bed.

Cons:

No sink in toilet so you had to open the door and exit to get to the wash basin to wash your hands.
Very few drawers, just seems strange given how big the room is.
Two single duvets on bed rather than one big duvet (perhaps we could’ve asked for a large duvet).
From an environmental perspective, the towels seemed to be replaced every day rather than an option to reuse them.

Pros:

Sehr gut, die Lage ist super zentral und das Hotel ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat einen guten Service. Auch das Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Bei uns gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, so wie man sich ein gutes Hotel wünscht. Gerne wieder.
