Good, but expected more.
Pros:

Perfect location.
Very clean

Cons:

Staff were polite, but didn't give the service Id expect when paying that much, in a hotel like that.
Gave us a vague description of where our room was. Just upstairs! Even though we were on the 4th floor with young children!
Staff didn't offer to give us information or ask us if everything was ok.
Pillow were just full of air. So very flat! But beds were comfortable.

Modern Gem in the Heart of Vienna!
Pros:

Loved the design of the room and location. I had a balcony overlooking the Vienna State Opera. The front desk was helpful as well!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t as great as other properties I stayed at in Europe.

Great hotel in great location!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to nearby attractions. Staff very friendly and accomodating, arrived early due to early morning flight -room was ready which was a plus! Stayed in family room, very spacious and clean. Soundproofing worked wonders, family next door, the youngest seemed to be bouncing off the walls for a while, with the soundproofing and ear plugs we were able to sleep through it! Breakfast - huge variety and very well presented. Would deffinately stay here again!
