Pros:

Muy bien ubicado. A minutos caminando del centro histórico. Tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados y metro muy cerca. El personal muy amable también.

Cons:

Sólo tuve un problema con la cerradura del baño que se daño y me quedé encerrada en el baño. Tuve que gritar por horas hasta que los otros huéspedes avisaron a recepción para que fueran a abrirme. Ese día hacía check out. Tuve un miedo horrible de perder mi vuelo.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, its so central to all the attractions, the museums are a little trip but that's not an issue, just get on one of the hop on hop off buses, but all the other attractions are just across the road.
Our room was perfect, even though its close to the main road, you cannot hear a thing. Our room was a deluxe Suite, which was wonderful, it was a stunning room. It was our honeymoon, we arrived to our room with a complimentary bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card which was such a surprise. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Leider war das Reinigungsteam nicht sehr gut.

Cons:

Nicht zu empfehlen ist das Frühstück mit zu buchen , da dieses in dem im EG liegenden Restaurant angeboten wird (welches nicht zum Hotel gehört). Das Angebot und die Speisen bei dem Frühstück sind für den Preis extrem schlecht und ohne Auswahl täglich gleich. In der Umgebung gibt es allerdings genügend bessere Alternativen.

Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the Opera House and just steps away from the main shopping street. It was also within walking distance of the train station and many of the city’s attractions, making it very convenient to get around.
The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was that the TV was not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream or watch movies in English. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Wspaniały hotel w sercu miasta!
Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja hotelu w sercu miasta! Mieliśmy bardzo dobry widok z balkonu na operę i zieleń drzew. Pokój bardzo komfortowy i czysty, łóżka wygodne i wystrój nowoczesny. Pracownicy recepcji bardzo mili i pomocni (wszyscy) zostaliśmy bardzo ciepło przywitani przez Magdalenę - to było bardzo miłe, dziękujemy! Z hotelu wszędzie jest blisko, spacerem dojdziesz do większości miejsc. W pobliżu są też przystanki metra/ autobusów i mnóstwo świetnych restauracji i kawiarni. Polecam ten hotel - wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, to wspaniałe miejsce.

Fantastic hotel, in an ideal location for tourists right in the heart of downtown Vienna
Pros:

There was a nice selection at breakfast, and the coffee was great. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The price of the room was quite high, but the room itself was so spacious and comfortable that it totally made up for that. I guess you need to pay more for quality, and the superb location of this hotel comes at a cost...
