Pros:

posizione TOP! colazione varia e ricca (mi è mancato solo il bacon).

Cons:

Scarsa pulizia! la mia bimba aveva fatto delle briciole mangiando un panino il primo giorno e sono rimaste sul tappeto della camera per tutto il soggiorno così come dei capelli sul pavimento del bagno.... Non lo trovo ammissibile a fronte dei quasi 300 euro a notte pagati per la junior suite prenotata! Poi non mi è piaciuta la doccia perchè non aveva la porta e quindi l'acqua usciva bagnando tutto il bagno e l'ambiente risultava freddo. Un po' più di attenzione al cliente da parte dello staff che non ci ha mai chiesto se andasse tutto bene o avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. la stanza 209 da su un cavedio interno per nulla piacevole tanto che abbiamo preferito tenere le tende chiuse per tutto il soggiorno, senza ombra di dubbio sarà molto più bella la vista dalle camere che danno sulla via principale con il balconcino che però sicuramente avranno un prezzo ancora più alto. Armadio per nulla capiente, cuscini molto molli e scomodi, ci avevano lasciato un solo cucchiaino per il caffè (forse era da condividere?), uno stipite della porta nel bagno e’ scheggiato (non se n’è mai accorto nessuno?)... i dettagli in un hotel che si dichiara “boutique” sono importanti! non basta un letto king size per essere automaticamente “boutique”!

Pros:

Badezimmer war sehr schön designed & verarbeitet. Aussicht und Lage Top. Betten waren bequem, Zimmer groß & geräumig. Badewanne lädt zum verweilen ein.

Cons:

Der Rest des Zimmers war bei genauerem Hinsehen schlampig gemalt, Flecken & Abnutzspuren an Türen & Wänden. Balkon war winzig, direkt zum Nachbarn offen und hatte keine Sitzmöglichkeit.

Hôtel de rêve au cœur de Vienne
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique situé au cœur de Vienne, proche d’arrêt de tram et de bouche de métro. Chambre (suite deluxe) très spacieuse, sdb avec grande douche à l’italienne et baignoire. TV large écran et frigo. WC bien isolé. La chambre disposait d’un balcon. Insonorisation parfaite. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Le personnel était serviable et à l’écoute de vos besoins.

El hotel es excelente. La habitación era enorme y el colchón súper cómodo. La ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro y puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio dando un paseo
