Excellent hôtel pour un séjour de confort et au calme
Pros:

La politesse et l'extrême courtoisie du personnel notamment le petit-déjeuner et le service d'accueil ou des chambres (Zina et Wided sont adorables). L'extrême diversité du petit-déjeuner et la qualité de la salle (variété des thés et des différents petits déjeuners proposés, confort de la salle de réception, excellente literie, calme remarquable de l'hôtel et situation géographique parfaite également (restaurants et commerces dans un rayon de 200 m, bar irlandais au coin de la rue mais très calme). Un des meilleurs hôtels de Vienne depuis 130 ans.

Cons:

Le personnel parle allemand et anglais, absolument pas italien, espagnol et surtout français. Ce qui est fort dommage pour la qualité de cet hôtel et son classement. D'autant que nous avons une histoire commune avec la Maison d'Autriche et que les touristes français sont très nombreux, notamment pour des séjours de 3 à 4 nuits.

Great stay with some minor issues.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was top notch.

Cons:

We had troubles with the AC and never quite got comfortable. Had them look at it but no real improvement. The shower was real complicated and was hard to adjust temperature without having to go through either cold or hot water to adjust.

Pros:

Ein wunderbares Haus mit Wiener Charme und entsprechender Musik bereits zum hervorragenden Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und auch sonst gibt es nichts, daß einer Verbesserung Bedarf. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls Topp. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

•観光するのに便利な立地
•朝食がとても美味しい（特にパンが美味しかった）

•バスルームの水圧が十分でした
•USBの差し込み口がベッドの横にあり充電がしやすかった
•チェックインの日に枕元に置かれていたチョコレートがとても美味しかったです

Das Personal macht dieses Hotel aus!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich! Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption können einem sehr gut weiterhelfen! Auch die hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame am Frühstück, ich glaube sie war die Chefin vom Dienst, war sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in Gehdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Es hat alles gepasst.

תמורה מצוינת לכסף , אומנם מלון 4 כוכבים אבל בוטיק מסודר יפה ונקי ברמות הצוות אדיב ומסביר פנים.
האזור מעולה למי שרוצה לטייל בוינה , רק 7 דקות מתחנת מטרו של קרלפאץ הנגעשה לכל האזורים
