Wonderful experience at the hotel in Vienna. We'd love to return
Pros:

The hotel was really good. The room, toilet, and shower were very clean and pleasant, though the room was a bit small for my taste. There were three of us staying in the room, and the extra bed was a pull-out bed, whereas I was expecting a regular bed. Also, operating the TV was a bit difficult since it connects through the phone. The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the Naschmarkt and the flea market. The staff was wonderful and pleasant.

EXCEPTIONAL CHARACTERFUL BOUTIQUE HOTEL *****Everything you could asked for and more with a boutique hotel. It exceeded our expectation. What you see on their website is what you get and more! I'm particular of this as sadly i was at the receiving end of a dishonest hotelier. Location was fantastic just walk a few minutes and you're right at Vienna's famous Naschmarkt, and close to all the main attractions and public transport, couldn't asked for a better location.

Our room was beautifully appointed, CLEAN and towels are replenished daily, very comfortable bed, it's important to us, we're on a 5 weeks holiday, 3rd country and a goodnight rest is a must, we're seniors especially with my back problem.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional, great value and healthy too! Just adore the tastefully decorated mezzanine, having breakfast at the enclosed balcony on a sunny morning was such a delight! A great start to our day!

Staff was very friendly, accommodating, nothing too small a tasked. My husband forgot his watch and contacted the hotel and very promptly replied and now making arrangement to post his watch to Australia. Brilliant honest service. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY SPECIAL AND A MEMORABLE ONE!

Overall 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend the hotel if you want something SPECIAL! Definitely would love to stay here again!

Hospitality to Perfection
Pros:

From the moment we entered Hotel Beethoven Wein we felt like we were home. The front desk was always there for anything we needed. The room was perfect. Timo and the bar crew made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and they succeeded. The breakfast was a beautiful way to start each day. We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary 10 years ago and returned for our 35th with great feelings of gratitude. Magnificent property. Thank you!

Best hotel in Vienna!
Pros:

Location is close to everything! Staff are helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was fantastic, and the bathroom comes with robes. Our room was decorated adorably and they put us on the “romance in Vienna” floor 5. They even welcomed us with rose petals, a small bottle of Riesling, and a chocolate bar for our honeymoon! We loved it so much that we plan to stay here on all future visits to Vienna!
