Great Staff
Pros:

The hotel is placed in a central location, a few hundred steps from major museums and city attractions. The hotel offered a late Sunday afternoon salon concert—piano and viola, and prosecco. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, especially Kinga.

Top Hotel, top Personal, top Lage
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, alles war unkompliziert. Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück war hervorragend.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Naschmarkt und Karlsplatz entfernt – für mich perfekt. Die durchgehend besetzte Rezeption empfand ich als sehr angenehm. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass jede Etage unter einem anderen historischen Thema gestaltet ist. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge waren leider nicht ganz zuschließen.
