Nice stay, but quite expensive - perhaps due to the location
Pros:

Location is great - Very close to the the state opera and other places. There are nice restaurants just next to the hotel - good vide. The place has the vibes of a well kept old place.

Cons:

Room appeared to be a bit dated.

We enjoyed our stay and would return
Pros:

Excellent location. Superb breakfast. Everything and everywhere was clean, well appointed and cool

Cons:

The cleanliness and facilities of the bathroom were very good, but its design had not been carefully thought out. Due to the bath panel only opening inwards, access to the bath, for bath or shower, was difficult due to the positioning of toilet - not so easy for the more elderly clients and somewhat of a squeeze for any age.

Pros:

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Hotel "Römischen Kaiser" und werden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Wien mit Sicherheit wieder hier übernachten. Wir sind ein älteres Paar und haben so unsere Ansprüche. Dieses Hotel entspricht voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen: Lage, Personal, Zimmer, Frühstück, Sauberkeit - einfach alles. A comfortable stay with a great location and clean, quiet rooms
Pros:

A very comfortable stay at Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser, with an excellent central location, a clean and comfortable room, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.

Cons:

The staff were very kind, but didn’t always have detailed knowledge of the city, and the breakfast was adequate but not particularly good value.

¡Nos encantó este hotel! La ubicación es simplemente perfecta y los desayunos son espectaculares.
Pero lo que hizo nuestra estancia realmente inolvidable fue el maravilloso trato del personal.
Quiero expresar un agradecimiento muy especial a Natalia. Es una persona increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre recibe a los huéspedes con una sonrisa. Gracias a personas como ella uno se siente como en casa.
¡Sin duda volveremos! Recomiendo!!!
