4. Before boarding the flight to Bangalore, I confirmed with the hotel at 7 pm and was told that the booking is confirmed.
5. We reached hotel at 12 mid night (This was already informed to the hotel), and was surprised to know that there is no booking.
6. The staff at the reception was extremely rude and told us to contact fab hotel staff. This is not fab hotel. We are not liable for what they do. I would like to inform that Fab hotel doesn’t own this hotel and they are just another broker like booking.com
We had to book another hotel in the middle of the night somehow.

The staff, from reception to restaurant, was incredibly helpful. Hospitality was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean, especially compared to other hotels . Very friendly staff. Good food.

They have recently renovated too, so everything is very clean and new
The staff are friendly and welcoming. The checkin process was fast and smooth.
The condition of rooms have further deteriorated. The fan made lot of noise, the AC wasn't effective. The bathrooms were not clean. The rooms and bathrooms require repair and maintenance.
All construction going around the place!! Lots of dirt around. Very dusty place !! Approach road is too narrow. No parking available!! Roadside parking is very risky. Will not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a decent experience to stay in north Bangalore!!
Bad choice
Nothing and service is bad
Noisy ceing fans noisy exhaust fans stained sofas and No hot water. I was told to run the tap for 15 minutes so that we get hot water . But wasn't hot at all. Breakfast was just ok namesake .. no fruits or basic cereals . Bed linen especially duvet looked not laundered. Toilets need a bit more attention in cleaning
