Pros:

I didn’t like that property because when I reached there the receptionist told me that they had not received any reservations for me because they don’t have connections with Expedia.

Pros:

1. They blame us as they don't have any information about the booking.
2. They put comment about the Nationality that she usually don't interested to book the room for any Bangladeshi national, which is very disappointing.
3. Though the room was booked including breakfast, they had charged for the breakfast. (Photo attached)
4. They didn't provide towel in one room.
5. I'm afraid that they don't have any legal entity with the name "The Sun Suites" as all the bills they provided with the name of "Ample Paradise"
