Jag är tyvärr inte nöjd med min vistelse
Pros:

Vid frukosten var restaurangen mycket varm och det saknades tillräcklig ventilation, vilket gjorde upplevelsen obehaglig.

Jag är tyvärr inte nöjd med min vistelse på hotellet och vill lämna några synpunkter på det jag upplevde.

Rummen och korridorerna kändes inte tillräckligt rena. Det syntes damm på flera ställen, vilket gav ett intryck av bristande städning.

Personalen upplevdes inte alltid som professionell. Vid ett tillfälle stod vi tre personer i kö medan en personal stod vid Google och tog lång tid innan hon upptäckte att vi väntade och frågade om vi behövde hjälp.

Jag bad om en faktura på allt jag hade betalat. Jag fick information om att skrivaren var trasig och att fakturan skulle skickas via mejl istället. Samtidigt såg jag att en annan kund fick sin faktura utskriven av en annan personal, vilket kändes motsägelsefullt.

Jag fick även en parkeringsbot eftersom parkeringen inte hade uppdaterats korrekt dagen efter.

Vid frukosten var restaurangen mycket varm och det saknades tillräcklig ventilation, vilket gjorde upplevelsen obehaglig.

När vi bokade spa tog det lång tid att få hjälp. Personalen verkade osäker på hur vissa saker skulle hanteras. Jag fick en badrock utan bälte och mitt kort fungerade inte, så jag var tvungen att gå tillbaka till receptionen för att få kortet uppdaterat.

Sammanfattningsvis tycker jag att hotellet behöver förbättra både service, organisation, renlighet och personalens bemötande för att ge gästerna en bättre upplevelse.

Pros:

Garaget för bilen, personalen va underbara och gym samt pool är kanonbra

Cons:

Funktionen på TV som gör att man ska kunna casta sina serier/filmer. Nätverket som den funktionen ligger på saknar internet vilket gör att man blir inkopplad på tvn men man är utan internet så man kan inte använda sina streaming funktioner. TVn verkade också sakna internet. Ringde personal men dom va upptagna.

Goed hotel voor één nacht.
Pros:

De kamer was wat klein maar oké. De bedden en de douche zijn goed. Het ontbijt was prima.
Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt op een vreemde plek: midden in een woonwijk. Het hotel bestaat uit verschillende gebouwen waardoor je voor je kamer een eindje door het gebouw moet lopen. Het parkeren is onduidelijk. Vrij parkeren aan de straat, betalen in de garage. Beetje vervelend.

Bra pris! Trevligt bemötande och bra frukost! Fräscha rum och badrum, välstädat i rummen.

Cons:

Fruktansvärt varmt. Vi hade en bordsfläkt inställd på rummet men de blev oerhört varmt. Vi tog ur täcken ur påslakan och sov enbart med lakan, men 4 personer i ett rum, ingen AC och endast en lite vädringslucka på fönstret gjorde det outhärdligt fast det ”bara” var 23 grader och sol den dagen.

Large hotel - friendly staff - great breakfast - free parking
Pros:

Good value for the money. The rooms and corridors have a certain hiking hostel to it, while the breakfast restaurant displays quality hotel. Friendly staff and free parking (when there is space)

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small and lacks the final touches to really feel great.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. Nice selection of everything. The loacation is good, but you have to be ware of the loacation- it is near the downtown but you have to walk up a hill to get to the hotel.

Cons:

I would like to have access to the sauna/steamroom without to pay for the spa.

Pros:

The hotel looks a bit worn out from outside but the lobby and our room were very good and tidy. There is free parking and you can easily walk to the highstreet. The area is really peaceful and the hotel is quiet so we managed to sleep very well. There is no airconditioning in the rooms. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Not really any shortages worth mentioning.
