Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle was free and timely. It was clean and comfortable. Warm water available. Great value for money. Close to the airport.

Definitely value for money!
Pros:

It was clean and not far from the airport. The staff were also very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

At check in there was confusion with the allocated rooms and I ended up being sent to a room that had another occupant. But this was rectified quickly.

Todo perfecto.
Pros:

Cuando haces una reserva y todo es correcto, piensas, hemos acertado. Reservamos para nuestra llegada y la atención del personal fue atenta y amable, la ubicación tranquila, la habitación limpia y amplia, los traslados del y hacia el aeropuerto perfectos y el desayuno. Pero sobretodo la comunicación, que desde el mismo día que hicimos la reserva fue perfecta y eso de mucha tranquilidad. Tengo que decir que cuando terminamos nuestro tour por Etiopía volvimos a alojarnos allí para visitar Addis Ababa antes de volver a España. Muchas gracias.

Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. They picked us up from different hotel in Addis, just 15 minutes away. They were very helpful and supportive when our flight was cancelled and provided as a room day later than our booking, because we couldn't come in time because of the cancellation. I love the hotel and hope to stay there in future.

Excellent sejour dans l’hôtel. Personnel compétent et très sérieux
Pros:

La localisation à proximité de tout

Cons:

L’accès ; en ce moment ils refont la route qui mène à l’hôtel et certains taxis refusent les courses à cause du chemin très boueux.

недорогой отель около аэропорта. бесплатный трансфер из и в аэропорт. номера просторные, но подуставшие и нет кондиционера. кровать отличная. санузел чистый. персонал приятный, помогают во всем. завтрак простой, но омлет вам пожарят.

Good location, very comfortable, highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle was extremely convenient. It is on a dirt road, however, I liked how it was in a quiet spot, and I never felt unsafe, even as a young(ish) woman travelling alone. Breakfast was as you'd expect in Ethiopia - a mix of things - but totally fine and fresh. I also ate dinner in the hotel and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a fridge in the room too.

Cons:

The advertised gym was not working - well the cardio machines were not working which was really disappointing. However, when I raised this, the manager was accommodating in waiving the late check out fee as I had a flight at midnight. So I appreciated that.
