nice helpful staff, did a good job helping us to arrive in Iceland during a snowstorm. good restaurant, nice breakfast. overall nice hotel in proximity to airport. room and baby crib were too small to comfortably accommodate a family with a toddler and all baggage involved...

Pros:

The breakfast was great. It had a great selection of yummy food from American bacon and eggs and mini donuts to the European bread, meats, cheeses and cucumber and red pepper with breads. My only complaint was filling up before seeing the beautiful fruit at the end.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. The taxi for 1.6 miles cost about $24. That seems like a lot. I do understand that is typical for Iceland. The shuttle back to the Airport was great.

Very comfy and nice. Staff very helpful.
Cons:

Could not connect to internet, had to state room number and last name - I think I know both but system said - info does not match.. I was in late and left very early so I did not bother to ask for help. Did not need internet for such a short stay. The same happened when I stayed there 2 weeks earlier.
