There is no point calling yourself a spa hotel if you cannot book treatment because it’s full.

The Staff, the breakfast and the hotel room in general were great!
The value for money is not as it should be! The price the hotel charges is not reflecting a 5 star hotel level. The towels are like from 2 stars hotel. In SPA at all no big towels were provided. The SPA is tiny and dissapointing - there is only Steam sauna. Instead of cold Hammam room next to it, the hotel could build a normal sauna. The toilet in SPA didn´t have any soap, mirror, towel. The toilet pot without cover etc. etc. Charging 50 eur for a dog per night, is also unpleasantly high.
Patiekalai labai skanūs, restorano administratorė labai paslaugi. Viešbutis patogioje vietoje, yra požeminis garažas. Labai gera patalpų garso izoliacija. Individuali sauna ir sūkurinė vonia sudaro ypatingo komforto atmosferą.

Pusryčiai ir maitinimas adekvatūs pasirinktam viešbučiui. Išskirtinis dėmesys klijentui yra stiprioji viešbučio pusė. Ypač dsėkingi Nijolei, Jūratei, Mildai ir kitiems personalo darbuotojams už nuoširdų rūpestį ir personalizuotą buvimą.
Viešbučio kambariuose pristigom kažkokio indo, pvz., vaisiams, vazos gėlėms pamerkti, o gal ir stovo žvakei pastatyti... juk nepaslaptis, vyksta pabėgimai nuo kasdienybės ir įvairių progų ir šventinių datų minėjimai....

Viešbutis neatitinka 5* kategorijos, interjeras nusidėvėjęs. Problematiškas požeminis parkingas. Maža ir nepatogi lova. Nepatogus WC išplanavimas, taškosi dušas. Skurdoki pusryčiai. Atėjus prieš pusryčių galą patiekalai buvo nepapildyti.
