Vieta, automobilio parkavimo vieta, registracijos personalas, įrengimas, geras kietas ciuzinys.

Cons:

Kambaryje jau reiketu įvertinti ar nereikia keisti televizoriaus, nes matosi jau ekrano gedimas. Pakeisti baterijas, kur jos pasibaigusios. Pysryciu personalo "atidumas" skubant paimti tuscius indus, nuolatinis personalo patruliavimas palei stala.

Nepatika tas,ka netika iedots nummurs kāds ir pasūtījumā.Mums bij jābūt vannas istabai ar vannu. Kāpēc? Vēl ļoti žēl,ka svētdienas vakarā nestrādā restorāns.Gribējām nosvinēt vārda dienu,bet vilšanās.Bij auksts vakars,un jāmeklē,kur paēst pienācīgi svētkiem.

Aplinka labai graži, visur idealiai švaru ir ramu – puiki vieta pailsėti. Iki jūros vos kelios minutės kelio, vieta tiesiog tobula.

Personalas nepaprastai malonus ir paslaugus! O pusryčiai – tai atskira tema. Viskas labai skanu, didelis pasirinkimas, o darbuotojai aptarnauja taip nuoširdžiai, tarsi lauktų būtent tavęs. Tikrai dar sugrįšime!

clean new hotel with excellent design

Cons:

2 bedroom appartment suppose to be for 3-4 people at least for a big family. in fact is big open space area with one double bad downstairs, another bed is upstairs on loft balcony.

This hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There is a serious humidity problem in the rooms – there is no proper ventilation or air conditioning, and the room has an unpleasant damp and musty smell. Considering the quality, the price of the stay is definitely too high.

The breakfast was also disappointing. I went for breakfast at 9:50, and by that time most of the plates were already empty and the selection was quite limited.

The staff was also quite indifferent and unwelcoming, especially at the front desk. There was no greeting when entering or leaving the hotel, and no one asked how our stay was or whether everything was okay. For a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property, I would expect much more professional, attentive and welcoming service.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to either its 5-star rating or its price. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not what I would expect from a hotel in this category.

Pros:

Nuostabūs pusryčiai. Viskas labai skanu. Gausus pasirinkimas. Labai patogios lovos. Šuniukui paruoštas atskiras gultas, bliūdeliai maistui. Netgi dovanėlė šuniukui.
