Pros:

Location was okay.

Cons:

The list of food items on the menu were limited for our taste. Moreover, I wasnt informed that the family room was a non-view room while booking. Even the cancellation process is horrible where I was forced to keep the booking.

Location of hotel is good,2 minute walking dis tance from Mall. Behaviour of staff was polite . Room service was good. Overall experience was nice.

Cons:

Size of toilet is small. Family room should be view room. But it was not room no. 305.

The property did not have the credit card payment facility causing tremendous inconvenience to me. This was a breach of the clause.

Cons:

The hotel is situated in a very narrow lane, that I could not understand by looking at the picture shown in booking.com. The computer image vs reality…. huge difference
