Good but could be better
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfast on bank holiday Monday was poor and generally the selection of hot food was not up to our expectations

Hotel in a good location - excellent for an overnight stay
Pros:

Breakfast was fine and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

I have mobility problems and we asked about going into the centre of town. The route we had suggested to us lead to a huge flight of steps which was impossible for me to get up. There are no public lifts up either. Please ask them to suggest another route into the town if the person asking has a mobility issue. I was able to use the lift in Waterstones but if the shop hadn’t been open I’d have been stuck

We had a lovely time

Cons:

Sadly there was an incident during our stay, a lady went abit mad, the staff coped very well. But it did make us feel alittle unsafe however in the end it didn’t spoil our stay. It was just one of those things.

Just okay; I won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Rooms are very small, breakfast was okay not great, location was okay but there were better places closer to the cruise terminal.

The breakfast was good, location was perfect for catching the Princess Cruise Ship and the room was nice.
