Pros:

Close to cruise port and shopping centre. Clean. Ironing room on my floor. Staff were very helpful and booked me a taxi for the next day.

Cons:

Only one elevator working which led to long delays trying to leave for a cruise. I ended up carrying the cases down 5 flights of stairs as every elevator was constantly full. Welcome ‘free’ cocktail was dreadful.

Funky great position clean and friendly

Cons:

Really miss having a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Also lack of storage for clothes

Great location and facilities for cruise passengers.
Pros:

The Moxy is the perfect location and venue for cruise passengers, it has everything you need, and nothing you don't.

The staff were very friendly, the food was decent and it was very easy to walk to shops and other facilities.

Cons:

Reception is at the bar, which I can understand from a limited space perspective, but it did confuse things when trying to check in and check out.

There was another area on the ground floor that a reception could be set up. But overall, this didn't detract from our experience.

Realiable option in the center of town
Pros:

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and provide really warm, informal hospitality. The room is comfortable in a way one expects from this chain. The location in the center of Southampton is excellent and very convenient, especially handy if traveling on by coach.

Nothing really bad to say.

Great, buzzy place serving all our needs
Pros:

Nice atmosphere downstairs in the bar/restaurant/ lounge. Bedroom clean and functional. Excellent parking facility. All requirements met and everything worked.

Cons:

View could be better but not a requirement
