Pros:

The bed was clean.

Cons:

You can't go in easy.It is something wrong with a door,you have to push it really hard to get in.It was no wi-fi, only next morning outside in the corridor.On the photo you have a towel,there was no towel.There was a dirty kettle,but no cup no glasses to drink a coffee from.

Overpriced, small room, close to cruise terminal and mall, good breakfast

The room is extremely small. There is no
Closet space and no place to put both of our luggages. It is extremely expensive for what it is. Breakfast was pretty decent. It is close to a mall that you can purchase last minute supply before cruise.

We wouldn't recommend this place, nor would we stay here again. It's a tired hotel.
Pros:

Convenient for shopping center with food, shops, and movie theater. Desk staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Accessible room had an okay bathroom, but there was no space in the room for a wheelchair, even a walker. No place to put suitcases except a cot but the cot was in the way of getting around. AC wasn't able to keep up with the heatwave...which is understandable. But our room had a leaking air duct which made the floor wet and it was moldy around the duct which had peeling paint which flaked onto the floor. Breakfast buffet was just okay but once I got my food, there was no room to negotiate with a walker. I expected more from a Marriott!

Just like to say how fantastic the staff were! On the day that I stayed, unfortunately the air conditioning had broken down, and I think there were problems with hot water. Under the circumstances, I think your staff coped remarkably well and tried to put a brave face on everything. Well done. Top marks!

Cool and comfortable room with general friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was great. Air con was a great relief. Bed was comfortable.
Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast was not great. I didnt like the sausages and i would have liked a fried or poached egg.
